Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Naturbelägen fristående lägenhet ”gårdshus” beläget 10 minuter utanför Luleå centrum. Direkt anslutning till natur och skoterspår. Boendet byggdes 2023 och har fullutrustat kök, badrum med toalettartiklar, skrivbord, soffa, loftsäng för två vuxna (140 cm) och en enkelsäng under (90 cm). 500 meter till närmaste busshållplats samt fri parkering på gården vid huset. Observera att kollektivtrafiken inte går särskilt regelbundet, varpå vi rekommenderar gäster att ha egen bil.

A few hundred meters to, among other things, the beach and illuminated walking trail. Five minutes to the bus stop and restaurant. 10 km to Luleå and 15 km to Boden In the basement there is a shared laundry room and an extra bedroom/lounge that can be booked if needed (see bedroom 3).
