Sandy beach 40 meters directly below the house and close proximity to more bathing places and the Piteå Havsbad amusement park. Forest and beautiful walking paths just around the corner.

Walking distance to Piteå city center (2 km), the hospital, Nolia, several of the soccer fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at Storträsket. The cottage is equipped with WiFi, smart TV, washing machine and A/C. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private balcony with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, there is the possibility to connect to an electric motor heater.

The accommodation is of older standard with some more modern furniture such as the family bed, sofa and kitchen table. There is a larger lawn adjacent to the room, suitable for recreation for both adults and children. The guest cleans the room before check-out. See check-out info. The Cube, accommodation on a small island.

In summer, the short crossing (400 meters) to the island with a small boat included. In winter, the shuttle is by snowmobile. Nice sea view. Outdoors there is a Jacuzzi that holds 38 degrees year round. There's also a wood-fired sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin.

Space and access to extra beds are available. If more than 5 people, there is an extra charge of SEK 100/person and night. Two toilets on the lower floor, one with shower. Approx. 500 m to the Pite River. 1.5 km to central Öjebyn where there is a grocery store. 100 m to the bus stop. 4.5 km to Piteå city center.
