Guesthouse vacation rentals in Norrbotten County

The cottage was in a great location and my two cats and I had a great time there, Fredrik is friendly and nice he warmed up the sauna in the evenings which was very nice. The cottage is right by the sea and has great views and easy to take a dip in. Warm recommendation.

A small cabin perfect for a quiet stay and close to nature and tourist attractions. A little paradise... The northern lights, the sun, the walks, the Icehotel, the sled dogs... What more could you ask for. Ida-Marie is very helpful, while being discreet. I loved my 7-night stay. Thank you!

Very cosy. Way bigger than the images say. Layout: Small hallway. Left: bathroom. Straight: bedroom (officially living room) w/ narrow bed, (probably extendable) couch, TV, a table and chairs. Right: Kitchen = eating room. Equipment is basic, but well maintained w/ all essentials. There's a sitting sofa and four chairs around an extendable table. Through the kitchen, you reach the second sleeping room with a double bed and two armchairs. The only downsides are that this second sleeping room has a curtain instead of a door and that there could be a bit more storage space in both bedrooms. Sauna is in second building, very nice, very clean, wood fired. Host explains how to do it. All in all, it is definitely suitable for two couples getting along well. However, be warned: Getting around, also shopping, is very difficult without a car. Arrival and departure by public transport is feasible, but we'll suggest at least a rental car during the stay.

Even if we were anxious not to have running water and a toilet inside, everything went perfectly. The cabin is very well thought out and comfortable. The site is exceptional. Fredrick's welcome was great. Thanks again. And the sauna (extra charge) is really to be done. Fantastic experience with our kids. I recommend this property. Even if the cost is high, the value for money is very good.

We stayed with Katja and Stephan for 10 days in March. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and descriptions: super cute and cozy. What you can't see in the photos: the kitchen has a great induction stove and is super equipped (including toaster and French press!!). The communication with the two was quick and uncomplicated. We also got a lot of tips for the area, you can also rent snowshoes/cross-country skis etc. there. When we had a great evening with northern lights, Katja even lent us her tripod for photography! top: in Vidsel (less than 10 min. by car) there is a small supermarket that has almost everything you need.

Perfect stay for a night with 4 people and 2 dogs. Benjamin and Åsa were great hosts and really helpful the whole way! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place to stay, small paradise, very dog-friendly furnishings, a basket and bowls were available. Check-in by the parents, two very nice people, we felt welcome right away.

There were four of us staying in the cabin for hunting and fishing in the nearby areas. The place completely met our expectations and we got good advice and help from the landlord. The place is recommended!

Very nice location, very quite and perfect for a couple of chill days. We went straight from Kungsleden and it was a great place to recover from the trail. It has a sauna <3 The communication with Lucia and Kjell was good and the check-in uncomplicated. As it's the case in many swedish cabins, the toilet doesn't have running water (it wasn't a problem at all, just be advised). We would come back for sure! Ane, Marina & Naia

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin in laxforsen. The cabin is easily reachable from the bus stop by foot and we were welcomed warmly by Simon. He also gave helpful advice for surrounding activites. We enjoyed the quiet space and the possbility to see the norhtern lights directly outside the cabin.

We had such a wonderful stay in Tomas and Maria's cabin. The communication was perfect, during the stay as well as before. Thanks to the equipment they borrowed us, we had wonderful ski and sledge tours. The cabin has everything you need and is very thoughtful equipped and of course, one of the highlights is the sauna. Lovely people and lovely place!

Great stay, as described, close to the old center and other hotels/hostels which was useful for me since I was meeting other friends/travelers in that area. Everything was clean and as described.

Very generous host with cabin in an incredibly beautiful and peaceful environment. Free access to firewood, canoe, rowing boat, sauna, hot tub and barbecue area means that you are welcome to spend a whole week here. In addition to a bunch of singing huskies some farms away (nothing that disturbs), it's completely quirky, 24/7. A little far to the nearest store so plan the purchases to avoid leaving the Paradisträsket :)
