Very pretty and pleasant house to live in, nice furniture, in excellent condition, nice dishes, everything was perfect Just think that it's quite isolated and the dirt road to get there is long which is nice but far away

Everything's great, the house has everything you need and is very clean

This is a nice and spacious townhome in a quaint town south of Madrid. The parking garage and parking space provided are amazing and very spacious. The neighbors are friendly and our kids enjoyed playing soccer with the kids in the complex. There are some amazing running trials 5 minutes from the house that go around farms and ranches. There is a great Indian restaurant just down the street that we liked.

From 10 thetreated received and the communication. The house is what you see in the photos. We were 3 families with children and enjoyed it. We did BBQ and had a great time. The location is the best, to go to the warner and Toledo.

Ruben was a very attentive host and his mother, who welcomed us, was charming. The house is perfect for a large group of family or friends, with enough space for everyone. Along with the garden, they make the house a great option to spend a weekend with friends, as was my case, and enjoy the good weather.

Great communication with the host, he responds immediately. The accommodation is impeccable, the bed is very comfortable. It's in a building with a 24/7 guard, which provides a lot of security. It is very close to the train station (which comes or goes to the airport) and the subway that connects with the entire city. There is a supermarket 50 meters away. It couldn't have been better!! I definitely recommend it and will be back. Thanks Juan !

We felt incredibly comfortable with Rosario! Even before our arrival we had contact and so received the exact directions: with the metro in Madrid no problem at all!!! Location is pleasant and quiet. Supermarkets in the immediate vicinity guarantee a supply of everything. The house itself is WONDERFUL!!! Everything was exactly as described and was perfectly equipped! From shower gel to body lotion and toothpaste (and brushes), a fully equipped kitchen with EVERYTHING you need. Welcome drinks, butter, jam, milk, ham (in the fridge) and cakes and pastries (including plenty of coffee capsules); spices, olives, tuna … I can't even list everything! Excursion tips and a quick guide for all devices in the house as well as a plan of the metro! Everything there! The contact for questions was always lightning-fast and super likeable! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back!!!

We went with kids to go to Warner Park, and the house was close and well communicated. With supermarkets nearby. We were very comfortable in the house, and the lounge upstairs was ideal for the kids' games. Just what we were looking for to rest after the park. Olga and Emilio were lovely and very attentive. Highly recommended.

Koldo's apartment is very bright and pleasant. It is in a very quiet area and at the same time with many shops nearby. Well communicated by buses and metro. Highly recommended to stay in Koldo's apartment.

Wonderful place to go with the family. It has very spacious rooms, a garden and a very large kitchen too. Everything was very clean and we were very grateful for Lucy's attention when we had any questions, and that the house had the most basic items in a house, it is not always the case and it is a bit of a hassle to buy all that for a two-day trip.

The little house of the pharmacy has been one of the coziest places we have been to. A beautiful place to relax and unwind. Elena was lovely, she recommended a lot of nice places to visit, delicious places for breakfast and lunch, but without a doubt, her kindness stood out, her willingness to make things easy and make us feel comfortable. We will definitely repeat the experience and return to the Casita de la Botica.

We had a terrific stay at Adelaida’s … leafy, peaceful & quiet. Easy walk to Casa de Campo which has a wonderful cafe/restaurant. We enjoyed the walk through the park to get to the Metro, which is an easy way to get to see the sights of Madrid. We would highly recommend people to stay there.
