This is a very friendly neighborhood and the home was setup for all kinds of kid friendly activities. Beach, outside patios, hanging out of all ages. The play room was a huge hit with our youngest family member. With 3 full baths everyone could get ready at the same time. The towels, bedding and decor is beautiful! We had some folks that normally have trouble sleeping and everyone slept well here. There are too many great things to list but the s'mores, coffee, kitchen, laundry, beach supplies and beauty made this a home we all hope to come back to soon!

We rented this house for a long weekend in Jacksonville. Our grandson turned 1 and this house was a perfect landing spot for our family to relax between festivities/outings. Since we were here the week before Easter, we took the opportunity to do an early Easter celebration, complete with an Easter egg hunt in the yard. The sunroom turned out to be our favorite spot in the house. Perfect for the warm days or relax and listen to the rain. Everything was great, the house was perfect, and we didn’t have any issues. It was a wonderful long weekend.

Where to begin. This house is cozy and quaint. It was perfect for my daughter and I to spend a girls weekend. Weather caused my stay to be extended and Brooke was kind and super responsive even with last minute needs. I would bring your own bath products if staying over two nights as the tiny hotel travel are provided but small of course. That is literally the only thing that was not exceedingly perfect in every way.
