Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Piney Green

Our stay was perfect! Even our pups felt like they were on vacation and had a great time!! We very much enjoyed the comfort of the home, a fully stocked kitchen so I could cook some home meals for my son, and chilling out on the back porch under the gazebo while the dogs ran around the back yard. She even left toys and treats for the pups and the home was fully prepared and welcoming for our dogs! We’ve stayed in pet friendly homes before but once arriving weren’t as pet friendly as we would have thought. This one was by far the best!!

Ed’s place was perfect for our quick getaway. His house is just as described. In a nice, quiet neighborhood with views of the sound/intercostal and unique canals. Easy walk (4 min) to the beach and short (5 min) drive to the heart of Surf City and the bridge. Place was clean, comfortable, and had everything you’d need. Ed is very responsive, and a great host. We’d love to return.

I always love staying here. It’s perfect for the 2 of us and our dogs. Very cozy and comfortable and just steps to the beach. I make a drink, leash the dogs, grab a chair and am on the beach in 2 minutes or less. It’s absolutely perfect and with the south facing beach you can enjoy both the gorgeous sunrise and beautiful sunset over the ocean!

We had the most amazing stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful, private vibe of the place. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed — fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, covered parking, and multiple decks for lounging. Waking up and eating breakfast on the deck was pure magic. The beach was just steps away and felt like our own little slice of paradise. We also appreciated the host’s thoughtful touches and quick communication — they truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. If you’re looking for a relaxing, picture-perfect beach retreat, this is it. We’re already planning our next trip back!

This place was exactly as listed. The access to the beach made it so easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely return.

The house was very clean and just a short walk from the beach. We had a minor issue with the upstairs toilet, but it was addressed quickly. After the repair, flushing it three times seemed to work reliably.

Our stay was wonderful. We travel with our dogs so having the fenced in back yard was amazing. The home is in a secure neighborhood with kind neighbors. The living room has 2 large couches and 2 chairs which was great when our family came to visit. Each bedroom has a tv as well as the living room, which was nice. Daniel was an amazing host. We really enjoyed our stay visiting family and spending time on the large back porch with our dogs.

Very spacious home right by the sound. Enjoyed sunrises and sunsets at this perfectly located house. Wonderful space for the family. We had tons of fun and enjoyed spending time in this space. The pool table was loads of fun and the hot tub was wonderful. It was warm enough that that we could enjoy meals outdoors. This house is close to everything so it was east to run to the store for anything we missed.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Jeff and Julie's place for the weekend, checking in on Friday and enjoying two delightful nights before our Sunday morning checkout. The home was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and then some! Its proximity to the beach was fantastic—just a short walk away. We particularly loved the amazing backyard, which was perfect for our four-legged friend to explore and play. Additionally, many local shops were conveniently close to the house. Thank you, Jeff and Julie, for being such gracious hosts and making our stay so enjoyable!

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

Hot Mess was a fabulous place to stay. It was very clean and it looked exactly like the photos. The elevator made it very easy and convenient to move bags and groceries to the 3rd floor kitchen. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The baths were huge and the showers were amazing. The pool, even though it was small, was very relaxing and enjoyable. We had all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable stay. The views were great and access to the beach was easy. We will for sure be back!

My family recently stayed at Joseph’s place and had a wonderful experience! The location was unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it so convenient for quick trips back and forth. The inside of the rental was spotless and well-maintained, and it had all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From kitchen supplies to cozy furniture, nothing was missing. We also felt incredibly safe throughout my stay, with secure entrances. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay by the beach!

Lovely location and beautiful home with nice yard.

Really enjoyed our time here. It is very close to the beach and also beach access. The kitchen is quite large and accommodates cooking a large meal. We have three kids and there was plenty of room to sleep comfortably. Not sure how crowded this part of the beach gets in the Summer, but the location is amazing and not having to find parking is such a benefit for this area. Secluded environment, yet not more that 15 minutes from a full grocery store. You are sort of limited on TV options here to what apps are on the tv (the rules ask you not to add any apps) so a firestick of your own or an HDMI cord to connect your laptop is something I would recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

The most perfect, charming, coastal cottage! The beds, the decor, the location, the cleanliness, and the entire place exceeded my expectations. I will be back!!

Adorable spot that was perfect for our stay. I booked last minute due to a cancellation of another reservation, and I’m glad it worked out that way! Deborah was super nice and personable, and her place had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

My husband and I do not usually stay at Air bnb's because of a couple bad experiences. Now that we have two kids we needed a kitchen and more space than a hotel. David and Patricia's house was absolutely perfect. There were some toys for the kids, a fenced in backyard for my 3 year old to run, and so many other conveniences. We felt at home immediately. We will be staying here for any future visits. Thank you for having us !
