The house was perfect! We were visiting the area for the New Year’s holiday with family as well as some local sightseeing. Doreen and Nick were very personable/helpful (without being obtrusive), and they showed us around the house when we arrived. As for the house, it was simply wonderful! It comfortably accommodated our group, and it has possibly the BEST equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb. This place reminds me of the old days of Airbnb (around a decade or so ago), before third parties were handling many of the properties and the houses were filled with inexpensive furniture/dishes/etc. and minimal kitchen equipment, back when owners were opening the doors to their homes and going above and beyond to provide guests with a wonderful stay. Doreen and Nick gave us that experience, and we had a fantastic stay. This place is really a gem!

Wow! The photos were gorgeous but when you step inside, this place is spectacular. It was hard to decide where to relax…..in front of the huge statement fireplace in the coziest of chairs……in the loft with games and tv……around the fire pit outside with cool lighting and blooming plants all around…..or maybe if you love to mess around in a kitchen, you opt for the amazing cooking space equipped with everything you could want. We managed to enjoy it all. You will too! We used this fabulous home as a base camp for exploring Mt. Rainier and Mt. St. Helens. Next time we will bring bikes and take advantage of the great bike trail system located a stone’s throw from the front door. Finally, thanks to Chris and Ben for welcoming dogs with a self-filling water bowl! We loved it here.

Marcia’s spot in downtown GH is the home equivalent of a warm hug from a best friend. The house is cozy, well equipped, beautifully curated,and a joy to relax in. Walkable to all Downtown GH has to offer. Thanks for a great stay Marcia.

We really enjoyed Rebecca’s place. The view is incredible and the home is very clean and cozy. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but the beds were very comfortable and linens were very clean. We had everything we needed for the one meal we did cook at the house. We would stay here again!

Patt’s place was wonderful, and such a cozy home to return to after hiking! The little notes around the home were super clear- easy check-in, huge comfy bed, easy check out. The heaters totally warmed us up after freezing winter hikes. We loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone visiting Ashford or Ranier. Minutes away from the park entrance, and such a serene, private cabin!

I've stayed at many Airbnb's over the years in the area and this one was top notch! Property's was exactly as described, spotless and well-equipped. The place seemed brand new. Kathy clearly knows what she is doing. I couldn't have asked for anything better!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is incredible—right on the water with a huge wraparound porch and stairs to a rocky beach. We lucked out with sunny 70° April weather, which made it even more magical. The house is cozy, well cared for, and very clean (the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in!). Comfortable beds, a great kitchen, beautiful glasswork, and a lovely garden. There are a lot of stairs down to the house, but they’re well-designed with landings. My parents (late 70s) managed them just fine. The home has lots of character, including some low/narrow doorways—my 6'1" dad had to duck once or twice, but it wasn’t a problem. He’s had many disappointing rentals, and said this was the first one that truly exceeded expectations. Erin was a kind and communicative host and let us check in early, which we really appreciated. The deck is amazing—tons of seating, two lounge chairs, and and unbeatable views. My little dog loved running around. We’d love to come back!

Our stay was great! There were a few minor things that was left unclean (very minor), but the owners were very accomodating and helpful with things that we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much and we felt right at home in this cozy house. Overall great stay and would definitely come back.

Marco was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. Everything was stocked well with anything you could possibly need. Very nice neighborhood, private and quiet neighbors. They had games available to play and it was very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Manjinder’s house was extremely spacious and suited our needs well. This is the second house we’ve used that Manjinder has owned. We appreciated his willingness to come change the heat for our ladies prayer retreat after 10pm. Manjinder you rock 💯🥳🥰

Our family felt right at home in Michael and Monique’s home and were more than accommodating with our needs. The space, the comfortable rooms, well appointed kitchen to make family meals made our stay stress free. They truly were incredible hosts, and considering that our family relocated to Washington from Texas, and the burden that accompanies an out of state move, they went above and beyond to ensure that the transition for our family (my husband and I, and three kiddos) was as seamless as possible. We are grateful for the hospitality!

Clinton’s place was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. The juke box was a great touch and we enjoyed using it. Check in process was smooth and host was communicative throughout our stay. We had no complaints and would definitely stay there again next time we are in Tacoma!

It is comforting to feel safe while traveling. We were able to relax and sleep well after a long day of driving. We only intended on sleeping there as we had plans during the day with family who live in the area. If not, the place had some games, tv, and a safely fenced back yard we would have been so grateful to use. Communication was very proactive, helpful, prompt and kind. Thank you.

I appreciated how friendly Beth is and I’m so grateful they have an Airbnb. The space had gorgeous views of the sound kitchen two bedrooms full bath. It was on a nice sized property felt very private and safe. Beth was great at communicating and helping us know how to get in and how to check out. Anderson Island is a beautiful place with kind residents. We highly recommend Beth’s place at Anderson Island!

There were a couple of minor issues that I brought up, but they were addressed immediately with professionalism and care. Their dedication to providing a great experience truly stood out. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again. Five stars all around!

We stayed here for a weekend as we were visiting for an event out of state at the Tacoma Dome. Not only was the location great and convenient, the parking was easy and there was everything we needed in the area! The home is definitely on the older side, but it was well maintained and charming. Had everything we needed for the weekend, and there was two pack in plays and kids toys available which was an amazing bonus as we travelled with two babies. The hosts were very generous with assisting with our parking passes and adding an additional one, and allowing an extra baby to come along last minute. Extremely accommodating and we would absolutely stay here again next event we are in town!

The unit was just like the pictures...even better in my opinion. Decorated beautifully, very spacious & well stocked. I was traveling alone visiting my son and his wife. I felt very safe & secure. I could have stayed here for here for months. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Travis!
