Newly remodeled centrally located garden level mother in law studio in Central District. Private entrance and unit is completely separated from the upstairs home. 1 block from Swedish Cherry Hill Hospital, 2 blocks from Seattle U and a 10 minute walk to the heart of Capitol Hill. Coffee shops, international restaurants and beer gardens sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. *Plentiful free parking in front of home. Pass provided. *We do our own cleaning, so intentionally keep the fee low.

Whittier Heights is a safe and quiet neighborhood in Ballard, and our place is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, bus lines, and more. You will have the entire suite to yourself (we live upstairs) which includes a TV, fully furnished kitchen, and access to our beautiful backyard. Our basement guest suite has a private entry with plenty of nearby street parking. 87 walk score!

Downstairs, drop in at Peloton Cafe for quality food & beer. Ba Bar, everyone's favorite for Vietnamese, is always buzzing.
