Charming 90 m2 house in the center of Augignac. Ideally located 9 km from Nontron, 4 km from Piegut and 3 km from the Grand Pond of St Estèphe. Recently renovated accommodation. You will feel at home in this house that I tried to do with taste . A local will be with you during your stay, a cute little cat that I brought back from one of my trips. You can put your car in the courtyard or leave it on the street which is quiet.
