The impeccable accommodation and the host, very friendly, you can't ask for more, all the facilities for a place with an unbeatable location. the elevator would have been the icing but that is not in the hands of the host, otherwise the location is worth it and as I say the attention compensates. highly recommended.

Simply ideal to spend a few quiet days in a beautiful area. The house has everything you need to feel comfortable, and special mention should be made of the terrace where you can enjoy the sun practically all day. Amió beach is a 10-minute walk away and there are many routes in the area to enjoy nature. The village is very quiet at this time of year and it is just what my partner and I were looking for... our dog has also enjoyed the stay very much. Flawless, tidy and super clean accommodation, totally true to the photographs. Irene was super friendly, attentive to anything we might need, she left a lot of nice touches in the apartment for breakfast and even a food and water bowl for our dog, which is rare and we really appreciate it. Quiet area a few meters from the beach and with private parking, unbeatable.

The accommodation is even better than we expected, incredible views, sunny and very bright, clean and decorated with great care. It's not missing a detail. We had a great week in Carlos's apartment, everything is just like the photos, Carlos is always attentive to anything you might need. When going with my dog, she took it into account and offered us plans to include her. Would definitely be back enchanted! Be mindful of two flights of stairs of about 10-12 steps. Surely we'll see you again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Indeed, the views are incredible from the terrace as well as from the house. The accommodation is very well equipped: coffee, garbage bag, towels and sheets, shower gel... The only downside is the bedding. The bed in the parental room is small, not very stable and the mattress is not of quality. But it's erased compared to everything else. We had no contact with the host, only a message to tell us where the keys were and another to let us know the checkout time. A small binder with house instructions and tips for shops and restaurants would be nice. We had a great holiday Cantabria is beautiful!

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

We were staying for 1 month and felt right at home! It is very close to Alsa station and has a supermarket in front which has everything you need to get out of the way! When we need something, Daniela has responded shortly. The apartment was clean, with all the necessary utensils for cooking, dishwasher and even a clothes dryer! I recommend it!!

A last minute booking led us to discovering this property and location, if you want wild beach and not a lot more it is perfect. Supermarkets are only a 15 mins away. For autumn surf it was simply epic

Muchas gracias, Tico! The place is lovely despite the old building - it has total charm. ☺️ In front of the window you can hear the peaceful sheep and you have a great view of the sea. Tico was very communicative and friendly. The journey works well with a camper van, but a larger car does not fit through the narrow streets. We felt very comfortable all around!

Everything was perfect. Great location, very quiet and in front of the Villaviciosa estuary. The apartment was very clean and previously heated by Nevis. Excellent communication and always available.
