Bea’s cabin is set in a beautiful natural environment of the Picos de Europa. Fabulous views from the cabin & every window! lovely cosy wood burner. We came to walk & cycle & simply couldn’t get enough of this place & the surrounding area. Bea & Juan have created a heavenly & earthy home in a serene setting. We really liked our stay at Alicias place! It felt like home rightaway. It was very clean and had everything one could need. Also it is very close to the cable car in Fuente de which i definitely recommend! You should eat your breakfast in the sun on the little balcony. ;)

We stayed with the Pat for 2 nights we felt very comfortable. Pat was always accessible and gave us valuable tips of places to visit and for hiking. If you come back to this area, we will definitely make a stop at Pat. Great little spot.

We spent the most amazing week at Casa de Linte in Baraga. Mere words could not do justice to our experience. The beautiful house was very comfortable and immaculately clean. We cooked dinners most evenings and found the kitchen facilities were great. It was wonderful to be woken every morning by the neighbouring cockerel and to hear the sound of clunking cow bells every evening. Our host Felix was so kind. He even delivered firewood and gave us a BBQ. I don’t think we have ever stayed in a property with such stunningly beautiful views. It was like disconnecting with the rest of the world. The entire hamlet is like an Alpine village. While we are not hikers we enjoyed some lovely walks and drives. I think the highlight of our holiday was witnessing eagles flying over the house. The neighbours cats were welcome visitors too. The village of Potes is a 15 minute drive from the house. It had some lovely restaurants and shops. In particular the local honey is a great buy.
