We've had a spectacular week. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and complete. It is very well equipped that makes you feel at home. It's really recommended. Luckily this week we passed it didn't get so hot and with the fans it offers, it's very good! Thank you very much for everything We will surely repeat again.

a fantastic vacation. We have traveled as a family with children and my girl with special needs and everything is fine. And already if I put a guardrail to hold on to climb the stairs that take you to the pool it would already be a 10 of 10 . more than anything for the elderly and reduced mobility. We had a perfect weekend with friends, the house complies with everything it describes, in addition we had a perfect time and we even enjoyed the pool! It is perfect, spacious and above all with a natural environment, perfect to disconnect. Our host was very friendly and very helpful.

The house is better than it seems in the pictures. We had a great few days with friends. Very good location for the greenway of Ojos Negros. Elisa was very helpful at all times. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Mery's airbnb as a family holiday - ages ranging from 5 to 82! We really enjoyed Mery's place - the rooms were spacious and the house was great. The kids especially loved the pool and we spent most of our time either by the pool or at the front of the house on the verandah. We had hire car which made getting too and from the house to visit Valencia, beaches and to get groceries easy. I enjoyed the tranquility and peace and quiet being outside of the city. We throughly enjoyed our time and Mery was a great host - recommending good restuarants and places to visit during our stay. Thanks agian Mery!

The house is wonderful, we were a samana end with friends and has everything to enjoy: bbq, pool, beach nearby... The house has all the amenities. We will definitely be back because we loved it!

Great stay in Valencia, the bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there is a lot of kitchenware, and many common spaces. The host was very attentive and super friendly.

Ivan was a great host. If you are looking for an interesting and unusual place to stay in Valencia, Molino Real ticks all the boxes. Its design is on a grand scale. There cannot be many apartments that come with their own private rooftop swimming pool!

We spent a few days as a family and the accommodation was perfect,ideal for families and very close to the beach,the location is excellent, Mar and Fabiana as hosts have been very attentive and very friendly at all times.

We had a good time in the accommodation, everything was clean, tidy, with full equipment, both in the kitchen, bathrooms, rooms, etc. There is plenty of place to sleep for the people who are advised in the listing, in addition to a very quiet place to spend a few days with family or friends. I highly recommend this place both to enjoy the summer, for its pool and common areas, and for the winter dates, for its comfort and location, if what you are looking for is tranquility.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alejandro’s beach house. The perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Right across from the beach and a close walk to the little village. With Valencia about 30 minutes away for day trips. Alejandro made us feel at home and even brought us oranges from his mother’s garden. Fantastic.

We are 2 large families that always come together on vacation, this house is perfect because it has 2 accommodations within the same house that are independent, each with its own kitchen, bathroom and rooms. The location is fantastic as you are right on the beach next to the pedestrian promenade. The kitchen has all the basics, the oven and dishwasher would be missing, but for a short stagnation is enough. Close to the area we only saw a small supermarket and few restaurants, with quite high prices to go out with the whole family. The kitchen saved us. We will repeat!

Already from phone communication, Carmen has been available, resolving all our doubts. Once there, she has been a great host, giving directions, amenities and always attending in time and form. Any eventuality resolves it without delay The house is spectacular, just as advertised. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops and especially the pool. The pool was spotless and ready to use anything else you settle in When you're traveling as a family it's hard to find a house like this Everything was perfect

Raul and Desiré were phenomenal with us, super attentive at the time of communication made the arrival feel perfect even though we made the reservation just 2 days in advance! The chalet is an authentic wonder, super well equipped and decorated, with a splendid view from both the balcony and the rooms. The ideal destination to spend a few days on the beach, there is a very cool chiringuito next to the beach (ideal for afternoon).

I spent a month-long vacation between mid February and mid March. The house is fantastically located right on the beach that was just outside the dune. The beach was very clean, stretched for miles with a nice view of the nearby harbor and mountains in the distance. The beach was perfect for dog walks. Very quiet neighborhood not far from the city. There were two very good restaurants nearby. The house itself was as described, and everything you needed was 100% equipped. Very clean, freshly renovated. A place well located for someone planning bike tours - not far away, iconic bike trails - including Val d 'Ebo and a lot of hiking trails in the nearby mountains. Very kind and helpful hosts. We'd love to come back to Olive at a different time of year.

100% recommended! I don't think we've ever been treated as well as Angel did! He really made us feel like we were in our own home! Upon arrival, she explained absolutely everything about the house and the area, in addition to having left us some cold drinks in the fridge! The house is wonderful with a charming garden in a very quiet area next to the beach! I really only have words of thanks for Angela and her father Angel who took care of us. If we return in the coming years and it's available, we won't hesitate to go back!

We loved our stay in Alejandro’s place in Sagunto. The house is well equipped and the outdoor area is amazing. We spent most of our time there or on the beach (which is a few steps away). The beds were very comfy. Amazing views from all over the house and such a great space to spend time in. We all had a blast in the pool and cooking meals in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a quiet and relaxing stay. Walking distance to the beach, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy. The pool and garden surrounding is lovely ! A car is recommended to explore the area and neighbouring towns and beaches. Note: The large bedroom does not have aircon which could be an issue in high season. Maria was super friendly and helped us with recommendations along our stay. You can ask her for anything and she will take care of it. We had a great time!
