It was a cute, quiet little first house. The beds were pretty comfortable and it had everything we needed.

We had an incredible stay with Christina and Erik in Phoenix and they were both such great hosts. The guest house is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a stunning view of the backyard and surrounding mountains. My son especially enjoyed watching the horses and chickens right from our window, and we loved how peaceful and private everything felt—despite being just a 10-minute drive from the city. We’ll absolutely be staying here again when we’re back in the area!

This place was great! The private pool was definitely a highlight — we really enjoyed having it to ourselves. The location is excellent, just a short ride to the State Farm Stadium. A quick Uber or Lyft only cost about $10, which was super convenient. Westgate is also nearby, which is perfect if you’re looking to shop or explore a bit. I really appreciated Rena’s guest book — it’s full of great local recommendations for food and things to do in the area. As some previous guests have mentioned, there is occasional noise from animals next door, but the host thoughtfully provides earplugs. Unless you're a very light sleeper, it shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book again in the future.

The casita is a great place to stay! It’s very quiet and comfortable, well decorated and clean. I especially enjoyed the courtyard for morning coffee after walking on the nearby paths. Phil and Peggy are great hosts…very thoughtful and attentive to details. Loved the bottle of wine and chocolates!

This will b my go to place when traveling thru Az. I have even recommended it to locals for their wknd stays. :) Great hosts!!! They give you your privacy but are there when u need to communicate. This is one of the only AirBnBs I have stayed at that I thought the price I paid was a good price. It cost about as much as any hotel and this place is much better! Instructions were clear and any question I had was promptly addressed. Great service and I enjoyed the Nespresso! That was my first time trying it! The pool was very clean. We shared it with another group staying in a section of the house and there was plenty of space for everyone. It did not feel crowded.

My husband and I had a great stay! The pool was very relaxing and having the grill was amazing! We grilled almost every night we were there. Thank you for having us!

Nice, clean, updated, Airbnb. Hosts were very communicative. While I didn’t need anything during my stay, I know they would have been more than willing to assist with anything.

Where do I begin ? Every thing about this place was professionally tended to and set up. But not only was it neat and clean, it also felt like home. Neither my daughter, my dog, nor myself had a hard time settling in. Everything exceeded our expectations in the BEST WAY! Neither of us had any complaints. In fact, we all wished to stay longer. On top of that, Karla’s communication remained polite and consistent before, during and even after check-in. I had several unexpected circumstances occur, but Karla showed care through it all! We rate it a 10 out of 10, and definitely recommend!!! My 13 year old daughter’s feedback : Nice, clean & modern (this was the most important thing on her list). Thanks Karla for a wonderful stay and experience!

Such a cool little spot! The shipping container is nice and comfy for one person (two if you like to be close!). Small touches like coffee and porch lights are very appreciated. I felt very secure being in the gated property, especially because I’m doing a big road trip with a lot of personal items in my vehicle. Not tricky to find if you follow the great instructions given! Hosts are very responsive. I accidentally left a personal item behind, and they proactively reached out to return it to me and I so appreciated that kindness.

Cute desert retreat. Everything was very clean and as pictured in the photos. Bed was comfy, but plan to bring a pillow as the pillows were pretty flat. Otherwise, great experience.

I had a great visit to Phoenix with my partner and dog. BrandAnna's place was very clean and exactly as advertised. It was very nice of them to leave some snacks and water bottles too! The backyard was great for my dog for bathroom breaks and fetch.

Really enjoyed our stay! The place was just right for a short trip…super peaceful, very clean, and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for two people, and it was cute and thoughtfully put together. Perfect spot to relax and unwind. Would definitely stay again!✨

What a gem of a place this is! It's quiet, in a beautiful neighborhood, and lovely both inside and out. The bed is very comfortable and so is the living room area - great couch and chair. There are places to sit outside as well. Sarah is as much of a gem as her place is! She's so invested in making sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need.

What a beautiful place! Off street parking in a gated driveway made us feel quite secure. Everything was very clean. So thoughtful to leave keurig cups, sweeteners and flavored creams for the guest! Ten minutes drive to the airport. Walkable to downtown. Our hosts always responded quickly to any questions and were very considerate. And the apartment looked like a picture from a decorator magazine. We definitely recommend these hosts and this apartment

This place was really great and I highly recommend it to anyone. Place was clean and very well stocked with what needed. Instructions for check-in were simple and easy to follow. The best part is the location!! I enjoyed it as it was close to several restaurants, Target & Walmart, South Mountain Preserve and downtown Phoenix. I would definitely stay again!

Loved this as our stay for a long weekend. Lacie was very responsive and kind. When we arrived the door was locked, however, Lacie answered our phone call and helped us get in within minutes. The bed was so comfortable, loved having small kitchen amenities to heat us leftovers and keep drinks cold in the heat! Bathroom was a great size and would have enjoyed if I had to stay here for a longer trip. The outside is a small patio that neighbors the main house and backyard.

I have stayed at Donna’s listing more than a few times- it’s one of my favorite places to stay! Great location, value, amenities and extremely comfortable and organized. I can’t wait to stay again!

This was our second stay at the Casita, and it was just as good as our first stay. It's our favorite AirBNB we've stayed in...it truly is a private oasis in the desert with everything you could need and more!
