Formal living room with fireplace, eat in kitchen with table and chairs and island with 4 barstools. Kitchen has a gas stove, family room with 60 inch flatscreen and fireplace, pool table in 6th bedroom/loft. Pool heat available at $75 per day.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! I booked this for a bachelorette trip, and all the girls remarked on how beautiful the home is and how perfect it was for our needs. Several joked about one day buying it to live in themselves! The house was pristine upon arrival and extremely easy to access. The whole process was simple and exactly as Margie described. She was very accommodating and sending packages to the house for our party wasn’t an issue at all. The landscaping in the backyard is vibrant and full of life. In the mornings you can see the sunrise over the camelback mountains. It’s locationally situated well in a very safe area, and nothing besides our hike in Apache Junction was more than 20-25 minutes away. I cannot recommend this place enough! My only regret is not being able to stay longer and enjoy everything the house and city had to offer!

Comfort, Luxury, and Privacy are a few words that come to mind… overall great stay! The heated pool & spa was our favorite feature by far, there’s nothing like swimming in December while it’s 50 degrees outside. A few more standout features include gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds, great layout, and very quiet neighborhood. We would absolutely stay there again.

Brandon was one of the best hosts I’ve worked with. Some travel plans changed and he was willing to work with us which made things so much easier! GREAT place to get together with a group. The backyard is somehow even better in person! We enjoyed using all the extras, plenty to do. I would 100% recommend this home and if we’re in the area again I’d definitely stay at the same place.
