Cottage vacation rentals in Phoenix

Like most of the places like this we’ve stayed in, it could use a little fine tuning. Washer and dryer amenity was in progress but not available. Add a couple of serving dishes to kitchenware. For the most part it met expectations. Samantha was very friendly and communicative with us if we had any questions.

We came from California for Soul Brother weekend and this cottage was adorable! Very centrally located and right off the freeway, a quick trip to downtown. Definitely worth every penny and would book again when in the Phoenix area.

Great location and space. It fit our needs perfectly. Host was extremely welcoming and responsive to our needs. Would stay here again when in the area.

Gary’s place was exactly what we needed for our weekend away and everything was just as described! We ended up arriving later than we expected, and because we were out and about from morning to evening we didn’t get to meet our hosts in person but the communication was great. Clear instructions were given, to get into the Airbnb. There was a great guidebook for local sites and restaurants, instructions for the amenities, and a cute little personalized welcome sign along with two breakfast muffins, waiting for us, which we were happy to have the following morning when we woke up. The place looks just like the photos, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I don’t always have the best experiences with beds that are not my own, but this was a great experience. Both my husband and I kept commenting to each other and how cozy the bed was. We will definitely stay again next time we come to Scottsdale. We loved everything about our experience.

This was a great little guest house for a long weekend reading retreat. Lots of seating option areas both inside and out. Beautiful yard, delicious fruit from their trees and walkable to a few restaurants. Great little kitchenette for those who want to have meals at the house. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. It fit our needs perfectly and we’d be happy come back sometime!

Really nice home to stay at in a calm neighborhood. Pool was great and everything was as listed. James was very responsive, helpful and polite.

My family's stay was nice and peaceful in the beautiful neighborhood. I had a month long stay and upon arriving to the home was very clean. I would recommend better cleaning supplies for longer stays such as mine. Checkout wasn't too tedious and full of tasks like some places. I'd love to stay again.

Great place to stay in Scottsdale. Short drive to most attractions. It is a pool house so one large open room with lots of windows. It is perfect for 2 people and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful- be sure if you are wanting the hot to say so it is extra $ per night to use it. It was very quiet and nice get away.

It was the prefect size for us and the pets. The bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, would stay there again.

Steve and Nancy’s place is a little gem. The location was awesome and their casita was well taken care of and fully equipped. They were wonderful hosts and the backyard - complete with a beautiful pool and spa was awesome. The landscaping was really well done. 5 stars! Hope to be back.

We spent a night there and it’s a perfect spot to stay at. It’s nearby the airport and it gave us some time to rest up before we continue traveling north.
