With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and approximately 1,100 sq. ft. of living space, this updated townhome is a perfect retreat in Central Phoenix. Located within minutes from many amenities, this is an ideal home base for your stay in Phoenix. All of the interior is light, bright, clean, and up to date. Relax in an open living area with TV (local channels, plus HBO), WiFi, streaming video player, and ample seating. Both bedrooms boast comfy foam mattresses, new furnishings, and en suite bathrooms. Enjoy a cup of coffee, a book, or the weather in your private courtyard with built-in bench seating. The kitchen includes all stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker (just get your favorite K-Cups), basic kitchen appliances, and most everything you'd need to either cook at home or enjoy delivery from any of the great nearby restaurants. Our townhome is one of only 38 residences on a private drive. It's very quiet and many neighbors have lived there for years. Enjoy a dip in the community pool which is just steps from your front door (our community pool, like most others in the area, is not heated). You'll have the entire townhome just for you and your guests. The community has an outdoor pool (not heated) and barbecue area (charcoal grills) and a key is provided in the townhome. We have a washer and dryer provided inside the townhome. It’s easily accessible from a closet in the kitchen area. We once lived in this home, but have relocated just a few blocks away. You may contact us with any questions before, during, or after your stay. We love the area and are happy to provide recommendations! Check in/out is self-service, so you can also come and go without ever talking to us. Steve, who helps us manage our bookings, might also respond to your questions or provide assistance, if needed. There is a variety of dining, cocktail, and brewery options within a mile of the home. Our neighborhood has a Walk Score of 62 out of 100, so some errands can be accomplished on foot. Uber and Lyft are easy and affordable methods of transportation in this area. If you're planning to rent a car, there are two parking spaces available in the unit's covered carport and additional parking nearby. There is also convenient access to public transit, taxi, and bike lanes. Relax in an Elegant and Bohemian Phoenix Bungalow

This home was initially built in 1943 and has since been completely gutted with all new building systems, finishes, windows, doors, the works! We want to ensure our guests are as comfortable as possible with amenities like Hilton-standard Serta mattresses, Nespresso machine, and Apple TV for streaming Netflix and cable programs. We also strive to include local touches including a rotating art gallery of local artists. Guests will also be in walking distance to more than five local restaurants. Guests have access to the entire property. We love getting to know our guests. Should you need to know where the best restaurants in town are, coffee shops, things to do just ask and we will be happy to provide you with all our favorite places in Phoenix. Coronado Historic District is home to a warm and quiet community of young families, artists, and Phoenix natives with several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Entry into the home is gained via a digital lockbox. A unique code will be given to each guest via email just one hour prior to check in. We kindly ask that guests inquire with us regarding holding any sort of photo shoot, event or party at the Coronado Casita prior to their stay. If a different check-in or checkout time is desired, please consult with us upon booking. We will need to coordinate with our cleaning crew in order to accommodate you and need time to do so.
