-- Das Gasthaus bleibt im Winter bis März geschlossen. -- Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Das Gästehaus befindet sich auf unserem Grundstück gleich neben dem Wohnhaus. Zum Petzinsee sind es nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß, die Badestelle ist ca 10 Minuten entfernt. In nur wenigen Autominuten oder auch mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad erreicht man Potsdam mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch Berlin ist von Potsdam schnell mit dem Zug oder der S-Bahn zu erreichen.

Wer Entspannung, Ruhe und Erholung sucht, aber auch am Stadtleben teilnehmen möchte, wird hier fündig. Eingebettet zwischen Potsdam und Werder liegt das wunderschöne große Ferienhaus. In 5 Minuten ist man am Petzinseestrand und mit dem Rad lässt sich das ganze Havelseengebiet von hier aus wunderbar befahren. Das Haus hat zwei große Terrassen, eine davon überdacht. Im Garten lässt es sich im StandKorb gut zur Ruhe kommen und in der Sauna (gegen Gebühr) findet man die nötige Entspannung.

Erleben Sie Potsdam Haut nah und doch im Grünen. Wir sind eine ruhige Wohnsiedlung direkt an den Ravensbergen, welche wunderschön zu Wanderungen und Radtouren einlädt. Der Hauptbahnhof und Potsdam-Zentrum sind von hier ca. 3-5 km entfernt und sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Ruhe, dem komfortablen Bett uvm. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit kindern).

Hallo, ich vermiete meine schöne Ferienwohnung in Caputh unmittelbar am Wasser gelegen, mit Blick auf den Templiner See. Vom Schlafzimmer aus gelangt man auf den Balkon und kann den Blick auf den See genießen. Ein 1.60m breites Boxspringbett sorgt für erholsamen Schlaf. Fernseher, eine kleine Musikanlage sowie einige Gesellschaftsspiele sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und ihr könnt dort toll frühstücken. Weiterhin gibt es ein Duschbad.

Das Appartement im Schlosspark, welches mit stilvollen, außergewöhnlichen und antiken Möbeln ausgestattet ist, besticht mit direkter Nähe zum Schloss Caputh sowie zur Landeshauptstadt Potsdam. In nur einer halben Stunde ist Potsdam mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, aber auch mit dem Bus, der in unmittelbarer Nähe abfährt. Die Schwielowsee-Region ist eines der beliebtesten Naherholungsgebiete nahe bei Berlin. Umgeben von Seen, kann man hier ein paar ruhige Tage genießen.

Bei unserem Hausboot handelt es sich um ein gemütliches, modernes festliegendes Boot, welches an einer Steganlage eines Campingplatzes liegt. Die hochwertige Ausstattung und der traumhafte Blick über den Templiner See machen uns die Abreise jedes mal schwer. Im Sommer geniessen wir die 90 qm Dachterrasse, die auch zum Grillen einlädt. Durch Fussbodenheizung, Kamin und eigener Sauna machen wir unser Hausboot auch im Winter zu einem traumhaften Rückzugsort.

My stay in Soli and Hani's place was wonderful! The room was clean and well equipped, and surrounded with nature and relaxing silence. You're less than 10 mins away from the train station. The communication with Hani was perfect, he was reactive, gave me good tips and we had a really good laugh! This is the perfect balance to enjoy both the liveliness and the relaxing vibes of Berlin! I highly recommend it 😊

Gran alojamiento, quisiera vivir ahí. Tobias fue súper amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente, hay muchísimos locales por la zona y la conexión con el metro y autobuses espectacular. Recomiendo!!

Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, charmant und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön, man ist im grünen, es ist völlig ruhig und man ist ungestört. Die Lage direkt an der Havel, in Nähe zum Neuen Garten mit der sehr zu empfehlenden Meierei, ist Perfekt. Frederike ist ein sehr nette Gastgeberin!

Joana ist eine super freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist vom Bahnhof schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-in über die Schlüsselbox war sehr flexibel und praktisch. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen:)

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Maja hat uns immer hilfreich zur Seite gestanden. Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeberin. Ihr Versteck ist genauso wie beschrieben, liebevoll eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht.
