It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

We had a nice stay. Very pleasantly welcomed….Everything nice and clean and tidy. Lots of private and a nice garden at your disposal. Close to downtown , restaurants and shops The 2nd bedroom, outside to reach, was a bit small compared to the master bedroom.

A great and clean house in a quiet area. With 8 people, we were fine with the rooms and bathrooms. Pool was to our satisfaction!

We had a very nice stay as a family in the very spacious house. The large living room was particularly nice, the kitchen offers everything you need. Jaap was very helpful, gave us tips and was very flexible with a late check-out. The area is wonderfully quiet and idyllic.

We had a wonderful time at Wenja's beautiful beach house. It was so lovingly and chicly furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. The description of the apartment is absolutely accurate. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and the sauna afterwards was a treat. In a few minutes, you will be on the beautiful beach with nice beach bar. (It may be worth mentioning that one section is a dog beach. So many friendly dogs are a huge pleasure for our children. ) From the apartment it is only a few minutes by car to the shopping center in the village and many attractions (e.g. Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort, etc.) can be reached in 20-40 minutes. I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Soest! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — a perfect retreat surrounded by nature. The horses on the property added a unique and peaceful touch, and there was plenty to do in the area for nature lovers. What truly made the stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of the owner, Denise. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

A very nice little cottage, with a small garden. Very cozy furnishings and beautifully decorated with a very nice kitchen. The house is on a campsite and it was very quiet. To the beaches and larger towns about 20 - 30 min by car.

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 babies in the house under the chestnut and felt super comfortable. The house is furnished with a lot of love, very cozy and well maintained. We felt right at home. The small front garden is beautiful and also behind the house you can sit nicely. With crawling children, the stairs would be very steep and not secured. It was ok with us. A baby bed was available. The communication with Astrid was completely straightforward. We were very warmly personally welcomed and would have been able to enter the accommodation earlier. Nearest beach is a quarter of an hour by car. Alkmaar is easily accessible by bus. Overall, we had a great stay and can absolutely recommend the place!

Alie and Jeroen are very nice and accommodating hosts. The property is located in the countryside and offers magnificent views of the tulip fields, especially in the spring. The amenities of the place are great and everything is very spacious and clean. Our children were happy too. However, it is advisable to arrive by car, as the nearest beaches are too far away on foot - at least with small children. But this would also not be a problem with bicycles. We had a wonderful holiday and would come back!

Very well-maintained and modern accommodation, almost nothing to complain about, except two small things. The bedroom with bunk and single bed is a bit small, with 3 people you will be able to sleep there rather badly. The patio door of our house could not be opened, which, however, was not bad, as so fewer mosquitoes could get inside. All in all, however, a recommended accommodation if you are prepared to travel a lot by car or want to explore the surroundings by bike.

With my sister and mother we stayed one night in the B&B. The cottage is very cozy and practically furnished. Dishwasher, oven, delicious warm shower, good beds and a very nice garden. The cottage had everything. We were sorry to have to go for another getaway. Recommend!

We had a lovely weekend with our family in this beautiful and very cozy farm. There is clearly a lot of work and love put into the renovation by the owners. They were also very friendly and helpful in the contact and, together with the roaming chickens, made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

It was a great place to stay in a great location! Communication was always very friendly and uncomplicated. We were very happy with really everything.

This was such a great airbnb I truly don’t really have any dislikes. It’s not directly in the city more on the very outskirts of it so you need to either drive or take the train. The train is about a 5 minute walk from the house and it’s easy to navigate. The space itself was clean and beautiful, Mike and Mike left recommendations and had basically every amenity you would need! Great find for a great price!

There is nothing to add to the comments, the house has its peculiar charme. What is'nt mentioned clealy in the description: you have to bring your own towels. Two bicycles can be rented. The parking place behind the house is public but mostly available. For coffee lovers: machine is available with capsule system 'Dolce Gusto'. You can find more Infos at vakantiehuis-noord-holland(dot com). We would definitely come again.

We immediately felt very comfortable in Martine's cottage. From the many windows and glass doors, even in the bedroom, you have great views of nature and on the beautiful terrace there are different seating areas, even overlooking a small horse paddock. The cottage is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. By bike we only had to cross the road and were directly in beautiful, bike-friendly surroundings. Martine immediately helped us with each of our concerns - we can't imagine a better hostess! Thanks again for everything! Also for the nice welcome greeting! It's been a great time!

We are very satisfied with the accommodation! Everything was functional, and the bed was especially comfortable and spacious! As for the place itself – small, charming, and a supermarket is very close by.

Beautiful stay, easy access to Schoorl, Aklmaar and Warmenhuizen, but at the same time private and quiet. Top Bude.
