Bungalow vacation rentals in Petten

We had a wonderful time there. Nice cottage, very quiet in the back and yet within 5 minutes in the shopping street, full of cafes, restaurants, shops,... Jumbo and Lidl are also immediately nearby. In the cottage, everything is there to make it cozy. Candles, cozy blanket, good sofa, lovely beds and a kitchen overlooking the garden. Heating works fine too. You only need to raise the thermostat 1 degree...and everything is nice and warm. The Nespresso is also a luxury. Dirk even provided enough coffee pods, cookies and sugar and milk. Tea and a kettle are also available. Nice tableware too. In the bathroom, you can find all kinds of shampoos and shower soaps. The toilet is ingenious, with a small sink on top! 😀 As mentioned, a great stay with a host who can always be reached quickly. We are definitely blown away! 😉 We'll be back! 😍

Its a beautiful and cozy apartment perfect for a family. The location is great. With many activities nearby. They also have a great guide that includes everything you will possibly need. I will happily stay again.

A wonderful place with lots of privacy, equipped with every comfort and it had a very nice atmosphere, every time we returned to the cottage. It was really a home for us for a week. We greatly enjoyed the location close to the beach. You can park your car well and you can drive your bikes into the garden in no time. Safe for children and tranquility for adults. Very nice, clean, perfectly equipped and modern accommodation in a great, quiet location. Dunes, beach and center are within minutes walking distance. We felt very comfortable, our dog Lucy was also very welcome. There were a few delicious attentions for all of us to welcome and always nice deals from the hosts, such as more towels, earlier check-in and later check out. It was a super comfortable stay overall!

The apartment was in a bungalow park, only about 6 minutes by car from the beach and within walking distance of a lake. Everything was clean and the amenities included everything you need in everyday life. Communication with Sander was always super friendly. We can only recommend the place :)

Marleen was available at any time and always responded very quickly. The place is as described in the photos, the bungalow park in which the house is located is beautifully landscaped and the neighborhood is quiet. From there you can reach the nearest beaches and also shopping in a few minutes by car. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. The garden is so enclosed that you can enjoy maximum privacy.

Very nice little house, also suitable for families. The park in which the house is located is very nicely laid out and you are less than 1h (depending on traffic 30-45min) from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague. You can take the rental bikes to the surrounding villages. The beach is within walking distance and it is a nice walk. Communication with the landlady was also great and the property manager on site is also a super sweet and supportive person. Everyone is easily accessible, respond quickly and have good tips. We had 2 dogs with us and it was ultra straightforward and everything very dog friendly. We would book again at any time

We were in North Holland for a short trip with our dog. the check-in was flexible, Hans and Anita very nice and the place very clean, well equipped and warm. We were able to make nice excursions! Gladly come back.

We immediately felt at home at the place. Everything was exactly as described in the ad. We didn't miss anything. The complex where the accommodation is located is super well maintained and pleasantly quiet, just like the accommodation. The garden is not visible and absolutely safe. There were two of us with a dog and we had plenty of room. The house is ideally suited for any season with fireplace and air conditioning. We recommend the place with a clear conscience and will definitely be back.

Here is everything you need for a great place to stay. Communication was great. In the kitchen, there is everything you need. The proximity to the beach is great. In summer you can enjoy sitting outside. We were completely satisfied.

All in all great! The only thing I could complain about would be the bikes and the child seat, which meant we didn't even try to ride a bike with the little one - but otherwise really great! Beautiful place, very clean, nice quiet place, easy check in, great location - great description and great host - keep it up 🙂👍🏼

The stay in the bungalow was very pleasant and everything you need is there. The kitchen is very well equipped! The accommodation is very quiet and by car or bike you can get to the beach very quickly. Apart from a small supermarket, there is nothing nearby, but since we cooked a lot ourselves, that was no problem for us. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay from May 1 - May 4, 2025. We booked the "campsite facility" typical for the Netherlands for the first time and found a great area very close to the dunes and the sea. The complex offered a variety of accommodations. From simple tent sites to simple fixed accommodations to the chalet we booked at Desiree's. The location was beautifully green and very quiet. The transport of the luggage could be done quite comfortably from the parking lot and only a few steps away. The house has a nice room layout (3 bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses), is lovingly decorated, and is very clean!!! In addition, the house is well thought out and equipped. A place to feel good and come down. At the entrance to the site itself there is a restaurant, bike rental, mini market, a small outdoor pool and a playground. All the staff are super friendly! We will be happy to come back. The surroundings are really beautiful!

Loekie’s place was absolutely perfect for me and my dog to escape to the countryside for a few days. Loekie made us feel right at home and was so accommodating and flexible on arrival time and check out. The cottage was just perfect with the most incredible views of the meadows and nature, beautiful sunrises every morning to wake up to in panorama!! Everything was well thought out and good quality with even bone china plates and cups and really nice pots and pans! What a gem of a place, thank you for having us and hope to see you again soon 🥰

The cottage is equipped with every comfort. You can use everything; Grace is very welcoming. The area is good for trips to the sea, forest or city visit. The cottage is pleasantly warm in the fall. We had a really good week Grace, thanks again!
