Condo vacation rentals in Perpignan

As soon as we entered the apartment, we were thrilled (or actually from the time Monique greeted us on the street and patiently showed us everything in the underground garage). The apartment is rather nicer than in the photos - simply a place to feel good. Monique gave us good tips for Perpignan based on the city map. We were able to relax well here on our trip to Spain and would book again anytime.

The accommodation is excellent, the roof terrace is really a very big plus. Everything was clean when we arrived and the other was very triumphant for check-in and checkout times. Which is great.

Apartment on a quiet street, with free parking, the accommodation was clean although we had a problem with a clog in the shower drain. Practical and functional kitchen. Very responsive host even late at night when we asked him questions about the air conditioning. I recommend it.

After a little physical effort, three floors on foot you will find yourself in a comfortable apartment with spectacular views!!!!! My only regret would be not having had an apartment that was cozy enough with more warm decoration because the apartment is spacious enough to improve here and there… with a little refreshment the apartment would be stunning in addition to being incredible….. however the hosts are nice and available when needed!!! Don't hesitate!!!!

Sassia is an excellent host, friendly, attentive and very detail-oriented, the accommodation is perfect, we parked right at the door, very quiet area, we felt right at home, everything is very clean and it doesn't lack any details, we would definitely love to repeat. We had a georgous stay in the immaculately presented Masters Suite at Maison Barbara. Thom and Kate are attentive, not intrusive, hosts who have really considered the needs and wants of their guests. Our son definitely got his 'pool fix', and we managed to relax a bit too, opening the windows in the evening and letting the warm fresh air flow through the apartment whilst watching Netflix (they have Disney and Amazon Prime too). The village itself doesn't offer a great deal but as long as you have a vehicle there is plenty on offer a short drive away. If you want to kick back and enjoy beautiful sunshine, stunning grounds and gardens, dip your toes in a pool, sleep in insanely comfortable beds, and stay in a sensitivity restored historic house, we cannot recommend the Masters Suite apartment enough. Very nice accommodation with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Convenient parking space if traveling by car. Close to the center of Rosas within walking distance. Antoni and his wife are very friendly hosts and concerned about the well-being of their guests. We would highly recommend this listing.

Very clean and cozy apartment, with everything you need to feel good. Spaces available at the bottom of the building, everything is perfect. Accommodation close to the beach, shops, restaurants etc.

The apartment was super well equipped and fully met my expectations. Since I was there in the off-season, it was very quiet and relaxing. The balcony with sea views is amazing. I got answers to my questions very quickly and Stephane was very accommodating with the arrival time, as there were no guests there before me. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment is in a quiet residence, there is a lot of greenery everywhere, the beach is very beautiful. The property is small but functional, and has everything you need. We'll be happy to go back!

I spent a whole week at Jean Paul's place. Everything about it is excellent The studio is well laid out and very clean. A small oasis of peace. Jean Paul is a beautiful, very discreet person with whom it is pleasant to talk. I highly recommend this studio to people who want to rest and have a pleasant time away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts in the area. A big thank you to Jean Paul for his responsiveness and discretion.

I had a great time at Jeanine and Astrid's apartment. ☀️ The lagoon view is superb. Access to the beach and pool 2 minutes away was very much appreciated ✨ Jeanine and Astrid were very responsive and available (their absence was not a problem at all) The concierge is also very available and someone was there to welcome and be present if needed It was a real pleasure!

The accommodation is super spacious, and very clean. The host is very responsive which allowed us to extend our stay in Saint Cyprien. I would 100% recommend it, even for a small family. ☺️

Lovely home in a very relaxing town. We stayed just for one night but would have loved to stay longer. The house has everything it promised — and even more. It was a wonderful experience, and Noemie was very kind and helped us throughout our stay. We definitely recommend it 100%, and we’ll be back for a longer stay to relax and enjoy some quality time. :)
