Incredible Beach Access !!!

The perfect condo for the small family or couple. We sit directly across the street from the Gulf and have incredible beach access. Sleeps 5 but max of 4 adults. What guests love most about this condo/complex is its location. It is within waking distance of restaurants and activities. The #1 review we get is how great the beach access is. The beach is directly across the street and has a signaled cross walk for safety and quick access. Bedroom open to hallway that leads to living room.

Remodeled Beachfront Condo Beach Chairs included

Scott and Tanya’s place was very thoughtful and overall great. The location is great for any group, but especially young kids. Our kids, 5 and 2, loved being able to play right outside the deck. It was great for while we were getting ready for the beach and/or if the wind was strong at the beach. There were times where the gusts were about 30 mph on the beach but at the condo you couldn’t feel any wind because of the dunes and buildings. The 2 beach chairs and umbrellas already covered were really nice. The walk was from the deck to the beach chairs only took about a minute. This was our favorite vacation we have taken together and definitely will stay here again.

Bonnie was a wonderful host. She was truly invested in making sure my family had a wonderful vacation. She's a great communicator and easily accessible. The condo was extremely clean, particularly the bathrooms. I would like to know how they clear the sand in between guests! The kitchen was well appointed for all our meal prep - we only ate one meal out. We appreciated the updated fridge with ice maker and the large capacity, easy to use washer/dryer. Both kids and adults loved the easy access to the beach with complimentary chairs/umbrella, numerous pools, and the lazy river. What a great surprise to also find easy access to the bay right by the lazy river. My kids loved looking for shells and hermit crabs in the shallow, calm water. We had a wonderful time and made life long memories. Thanks for everything, Bonnie!

Louis’s house was gorgeous, and he contacted me to inform me we could come earlier! A beautiful house. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to nice quiet reserved spot! The kitchen is beautiful! The rooms are overly clean and smelled great! 10/10 recommend. They also provided a host of supplies for the beach!

This condo was absolutely amazing. We had the best week there & were sad to leave. It was beautiful, spotless, had an amazing view and had so many extra things that were so thoughtful! beach chair service, beach chairs in the condo, boogie boards & all of the basics for cooking. We enjoyed how small the complex is, it was quiet & peaceful. The beds were so comfy! Loved the pool & having the beach view all week. Can't say enough about this place & the kind hostess!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach is so easy accessible. Loved that there were two restaurants within walking distance and a coffee shop next door. Destin is the perfect spot for snorkeling and crab island is a must!

Loved this stay so much, we already booked again for next year! Excellent location: partial water view, so close to the beach, pickleball and tennis courts, pools, and dog friendly. The furniture was so comfy: beds, couches, and chairs on the deck. Beautiful decor and finishings. Owner is so responsive and helpful, if you ever need anything.

We've stayed at this property 3 times and always had a great experience. During this visit, we had an issue with the WIFI password and Air Conditioning & it was dealt with effectively. Being able to enjoy my morning coffee while walking on the beach was so wonderful. The heated & large onsite pool is very clean and was used by our family. I felt very safe & appreciated the security/gate access to the property. Kitchen had everything needed to cook several meals & the place is extremely spacious. Overall, highly recommend it!
