The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

the house is beautiful and roomy and well stocked.our teenaged kids really loved the swimming pool.the house is in an ideal location only 5 minute drive to beautiful Navarre beach. there are plenty of stores and grocery stores such as Publix nearby. our host James was very responsive and responded to our questions immediately.we would love to stay here again in near future.

We booked this for a date night getaway and it delivered. The design of the house with the large windows was picturesque. The home is a great design with tall ceilings and natural light. It is what you look for in a stay away from your own home that is more of an experience.

We were very happy with our stay. The area was perfect to attend a destination wedding for family in Orange Beach. It was such a a comfortable stay. Quiet and many thoughtful details were included such as coffee and snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the dog-friendly attitude. Very good value and I definitely plan to revisit!

Comfy and fun! The pool was my favorite part! Plenty of essentials were provided, there were no bugs inside, and the location is just about perfect. A few things to mention, I wasn't able to close one of the bathroom doors, the door/doorway might be expanded from humidity or something, so it just could not close. The other bathroom toilet is a bit tricky to flush, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to flush it, so I just used the other bathroom!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! The hosts truly thought of everything and had nice personal touches throughout the place. From the corn hole to the coffee bar, this place has all you need for a perfect get away! It felt like home away from home, and we loved spending our days at the pool and lounging out back. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Family of 4 plus one small pup all enjoyed a wonderful staycation with a beautiful pool, yard, house, and location. Beautiful space with lots of lights. Very clean, easy to location, host communicated very quick, and would be willing to stay again in the future. Home away from home with a beautiful yard and relaxation area outside in a peaceful downtown neighborhood. Our dogs loved the yard and we were very welcomed by our host. Comfy beds, clean house and area convenience. Definitely a great stay, we will recommend and stay again if possible!

This house was perfect for our large family and was pet friendly. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was not too far. Having a grocery store nearby was also a plus. The house was clean and ready. Our host was gracious enough to let us check in about 45 minutes early. That was great appreciated, especially after a long, 10 hour drive from Texas with a dog🤣 My only suggestion is to have additional kitchen towels available. We did cook a lot, so extra towels would have been helpful, but that was minor. Our only criticism is that the outdoor grill could really use a good cleaning. There is a heavy build up of grease so I’m thinking cleaning the grill is not a part of the regular cleaning fee. We highly recommend this house for any families vacationing in Destin❤️

We had a great stay in this home! Leslie was very kind and attentive, she responded quickly to all our questions and made sure we had what we needed. The house is spacious and cozy, perfect for a family getaway. There are a few small things around the house that could use some fixing, but overall it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. We really appreciated the warm communication and hospitality!

We loved our time at manor by the bay we enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor areas the guest house was perfect for us with the water views and our boat safely on the dock!

What an amazing house. Quiet neighborhood, nice location. We come for a graduation. This place was right in the middle of where we needed to be. Stores are 5-10 mins away. Beach is about 20-30 mins. Lots to do. Kevin was fast to respond if we needed to talk to him. Deck needs some help. Maybe update it. Some pieces were broken or about to break if you walked on them. We had to put markers on spots & move the table to feel a little safer with spots. If you want to BBQ, make sure you go fill the tank. It was empty Only thing we would have liked is more back yard activities. Big beautiful backyard & nothing to do. Maybe they will think about adding a fire pit & patio, pool/hot-tub & outdoor games. (Big TikTacToe, Chess) The rock walkway, a little dangerous. I almost fell & so did my parents. Not to safe. We took garbage out on garbage day. Washed n dried all towels & bedding, dishes cleaned n put away. Garbage to the cans. We highly recommend this house. It’s nice for a big family

Matteo’s place was fantastic, and I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Pensacola. The home is very spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, espresso machine, beach gear, and the generous supply of towels and toiletries. The layout is thoughtfully designed and works perfectly for a couple, a family, or even a few couples/a group of friends. The double patio, backyard, and in-unit washer and dryer were great extras that made our stay even more comfortable. The location is quiet and private, yet conveniently close to the beach, several parks, and downtown Pensacola. Highly recommend!

I went to Lee’s house primarily to see the Blue Angels practice. The house was great. Very clean, with everything you need on a stay. I appreciated the fact she accepts dogs so I was able to bring mine with me not having to use Rover. He enjoyed the fenced back yard. Thanks, Lee!

. Mike and Shari are welcoming hosts and easy to communicate with. This is a great place! lt's clean, comfortable and peaceful. It's well stocked with everything you need. It's in walking distance of the beach and it has beautiful views of the Bay. This was our second time here and we definitely plan on coming back.

We had a great stay. Everything was perfect and we felt so comfortable the moment we arrived. The house had everything we needed and more. We were a very short drive to the beach and lots of grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again. The owners responded quickly when we had any questions and were so nice and friendly.

This home is a true gem! Photos do not do it any justice. Beautiful inside and out. Very cozy and comfortable. This is my new spot when visiting Pensacola!!

Very nice place to stay. Loved the location - so close to our favorite restaurant, the Oar House and seafood ( Joe Pattis)market. Beds were soft but very comfortable. Enjoyed nights sitting in the swing on the front porch. Just a note - during the night time hours the road in the front can get very busy. We did cook several meals and the kitchen had plenty of supplies and cooking pots. The house is older but very neat decor that fits the place. We would definitely stay again.

We did have a hiccup at check-in but overall had a wonderful stay! Jared was wonderful and responsive for any questions or needs that we had while we stayed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very nice!

The house was cleaning inside just as pictured on the website. Casey was very responsive whenever we emailed him. He also was considered and let us stay an extra day without any hesitation very friendly and outgoing and anything you need he was available. I would definitely return.
