The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

This spot is perfect for a beach weekend. Literally a 10 minute walk down the street to public beach access. Very friendly neighborhood and not super busy with other tourist. Very close to other attractions in Destin. The spot also was good for us. Very cozy spot. There is a frog pond right next to the space. It can be interesting if that’s what you’re into. They are kind of loud at night. Would highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a great weekend in Destin. David also personally welcomed us upon our arrival and check in.

Matthew was very hospitable and kind.communicated well with me upon arrival and departure. We enjoyed our stay and will return to the home as well as the area. We just went to relax and go fishing and to the beach. Plenty to do in the area also.

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay at the private pool house, it was quiet and peaceful and we get to spend some time together since we’re so busy with our work schedules. The home decor reminds us of being at an actual beach and basking in the sun. K is a very great and friendly host she’s was always there when we needed her and responds as quickly as possible.We would definitely stay here again in the future and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Pensacola.

The home was excellent for our needs. Plenty of room and very clean. Somewhat secluded. Access to the pier for fishing was an excellent added bonus for the avid fishermen in our group. Jana was very proactive in providing information and responded immediately to any questions or needs. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this great little place to attend a wedding in the area. It was exactly as it looks in the pictures, and even had a few extra thoughtful touches (welcome treats, coffee/tea/water). I was staying alone, but this would have been perfect for 2 people as well. The bathroom was a little small, but had all the amenities you'd possibly need. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this place was beautifully clean. I loved the location in a quiet neighborhood, yet it was also really convenient to nearby points of interest. I was able to do some sightseeing in both Fairhope (to the south) and Mobile (to the west) on the same day. Yohana, the host, was very responsive to my messages. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay at Ellie's condo. Beautiful, quiet location on the bay and a two minute walk across the street to the beach. Clean, cozy, well furnished and Ellie was a great communicator from start to finish. We'd love to come back!

Our stay at Siesta Cottage was wonderful. Didn’t get to meet Lesley but Doug went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The cottage had every you might need plus extras and was super clean. Definitely a 5 star experience and we will be back. Highly recommend.

I could not brag more about Sue and Dana’s lovely cottage! Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood close to the beach and nice local restaurants. Dana and Sue were very helpful and very welcoming, made us feel right at home when we showed up! Sue also made us the cutest home made cookies my kids loved them! 10/10 would recommend! We will most definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Gregory House! We initially booked it because the listing said they had 2 bicycles, unfortunately after booking I was informed the bicycles had rusted out and were not available. The cottage was clean, updated and nice. The host was responsive to my questions via the app messenger, when one of the beach chairs broke, Jules informed me where to find another one to use, which was great! We stayed a week and went to the beach everyday. Pensacola is really a beautiful gem, we had a great time! The only thing I would suggest would be to have an extra blanket and more than 2 beach towels available. There frame of the bed also sticks out bigger than the bed, we hit our toe on the corner of the bed many times, until we placed a pillow in front of it, and moved the location of the table to have more room. The location of the cottage is excellent, 5 minutes from downtown, Pafalox street and 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks too! TY!

Angela was great to deal with and so organized! The Bungalow was charming and the amenities was a nice addition!! Loved sitting at the dock with a nice cold beer! Highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect. This was our second time at this residence and we loved it. It’s in a great location and close driving range to the beach. Perfect for 1-2 people!!

Our stay was absolutely incredible!!! It’s such a peaceful, clean and perfect place to get away for 2. It’s stocked with everything you need and has little extra amenities. I have to agree with the former reviews about Jennifer’s coffee cake - it was divine! We will definitely be back!!

Excellent stay! This location is ideal for a solo beach trip or for two adults! Check in was extremely smooth. Very comfortable mattress! Loved having access to the beach and beach chairs. Great location and beach in Destin! Would highly recommend to others!

The condo is beautiful. Everything looks new and well taken care of. The master bed is sooo comfy and the bathroom was wonderful-great shower and wonderful drawer space in the cabinets. Linda was very helpful with any question I had and a great host. I asked if the sofa bed was very comfortable-she mentioned she put a memory foam in the closet for it. I asked if she had a baggo game-and there was one waiting for us beside the stairs when we arrived! It is obvious that she loves the area and wants you to love it too. The only negative is that the kitchen and eating area is very small and we did feel cramped when trying to prepare a meal. So if you like to cook a meal or two when on vacation, just keep that in mind. It felt more like a hotel suite as far as that area was concerned. We loved sitting outside on the deck and in the fire pit area in the evenings. Such a great breeze and very relaxing! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We really enjoyed our vacation at John David’s pool house this week. For the first two days of our stay the pool came in clutch since there was a jellyfish warning at the beach. It was the perfect size for my family of 3. Very clean, had everything we needed with great personal touches, like board games, cards, a box of hot tea in the pantry. Speaking of the kitchen, John David thought of everything we could need - and then some! We usually eat at the airBNB two meals per day, and the cabinets were stocked full of pots, pans, measuring cups, etc that made making meals a breeze. I can see why this property is a fan favorite! It’s easily one of my family’s favorites too!

Perfect place for couples/small families! Rick gave us several recommendations for restaurants and food trucks and they were amazing, along with the surrounding beaches! Super friendly host and overall amazing experience!

We loved our stay! Everything we needed and close to everything. The amenities were above and beyond. We left our crock pot at home but were delighted to find she had one in the shelf. Nothing better than coming back to a shrimp boil after a day at the beach. Definitely one of the premiere Airbnb hosts in Pensacola!
