"La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. A beautiful place to relax and rest after visiting the famous medieval Bastides like Monflanquin, Castillonnes, Monpazier, Beaumont du Périgord and others in the Canton of Haut Agenais Périgord. Less than 30 minutes from Bergerac and its vineyards.

In 2014 we built this modern apartment in the west wing of an old chateau/fortified farm. It is a comfortable, spacious, ground floor apartment for 4 persons and it is wheelchair accessible. From the terrace you have fantastic views on Tournon d'Agenais - 3.5km away - and to the church of Thézac - 1km away. Thick walls keep the house cool even in the middle of summer, good sleeping guaranteed.
