Great stay at Olga's house, super attentive when we arrived and she welcomed us. The apartment is great, close to anywhere you want to visit in the area, comfortable in all the services it offers. I would totally recommend this apartment and even if we were to go again in the area, it is a very good option. Thanks again Olga for letting us enjoy your apartment.

Antonio was a fantastic host, very good and fast communication. The appartement was great, clean, had everything we needed and on a perfect location close to the beach. The garage was also a big plus, as we were able to store our surfboards. All in all we had a wonderful stay at Antonio’s place, would defintely come back.

Carmen is a great host and the apartments are excellent. Each has a terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Easy walk to the beach and great to take the water taxi to Santander. Definitely recommend the BAO apartments

Family with 2 kids stayed in last week of October 2024. Ana was very responsive and made the stay very easy with good local recommendations for beaches and places to eat. Excellent apartment and location right on beach and within easy walking distance of all you need. Santander is a beautiful city and El Sardinero the best place to stay for walks, beaches, restaurants for families. The bus into the city is right next to the apartment and worth several visits at least. Wish we’d had more time and would recommend Ana’s apartment

Juan has been a great host. From the first moment he gave us clear instructions on the place and looked after us very kindly. He helped us with the parking and recommended places to go. The apartment is in a quiet area but close enough to the center and the area of restaurants and bars (15 min walk). We were very comfortable, everything was clean and equipped.

The house is just like the photos, the location is idyllic in nature and next to a stream. Esther sends very useful information and was attentive at all times to respond to anything we asked. A very pleasant stay.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. We loved that it combined the tranquility of the village with the proximity to emblematic sites, excursions and walking spots. It is close to both the mountain and the sea, and a few meters away a restaurant that ate fable. We will definitely be back.

The house has everything you need, as if you were in your own home. In addition, Lourdes leaves you all kinds of amenities for your arrival. There was coffee, tea, Colacao, sugar, milk, E.T.C. Excellent apartment in a very nice place only five minutes drive from Laredo center. The host is very friendly and ready to help at any time. She also speaks English which makes communication a little easier. There is a lot of space for 4 adults to enjoy their staying for enough days. The two bathrooms really help. The place is cosy and super clean. I definitely recommend it!

The apartment is just as described and true to the photos, everything was very new. You could see the beach and the estuary as it is glazed everywhere and the views are great, as well as very bright. Next to the beach, and close to downtown as it took you 5 min by car. My kids loved the area as you could always do water activities like various excursions. Quiet area. The hostess is very friendly and attentive. We'll repeat the experience!

Cesar's apartment is modern and well-equipped, and within easy walking distance (15-20 min) of Llanes town centre. In addition, there is a useful supermarket (Amerkal) and a cafe/bar close by. The wi-fi connectivity was great, ideal for internet TV, whilst the garage parking is a must have, especially during summer, as the street spaces are soon taken. Cesar himself was an excellent host, helpful and considerate, and with a good local knowledge of venues and events. Thoroughly recommended.

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is walking distance to the beach and downtown, while still being in a quieter neighborhood.
