Includes all the necessary comforts you'd need, including a welcome pack on arrival.

Welcome to our gîte Le Pivert. This detached gîte is located on the small holiday domain “Aux Martis”, in the beautiful countryside of Lot-et-Garonne (on the border with the Dordogne). At the end of a gravel path and tucked away among old oak trees, you'd think you're in the middle of nature. But civilization is around the corner and the gîte has all the comforts. The terrace overlooks the valley and a small path leads to the pool for a refreshing dip.

This private, fully restored stone cottage is part of a charming exclusive 16th century hamlet. Nestled between fields of barley and sunflowers, with amazing views of the South Dordogne countryside, is it a stones throw from the charming Medieval village of Issigeac. The Borie at Jurmilhac is the perfect destination for a getaway in the Dordogne, visiting the bastides, castles, touring the local wine routes or just relaxing on the estate.

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove.
