Monthly Rentals in Paulding

Our stay was perfect for snowmobiling in February. Daniel's place is right on the snowmobile trail and the driveway was great for parking our trailer. The house furnishings are dated, but more importantly the house was very clean with great functionality. (I'd recommend eventually getting WiFi and redoing the hardwood floor in the living room). We would definitely want to come back.

The cabin was amazing and we loved the wood stove. It was close to snowmobile trails and it’s 78 acre property. We will be booking again next year for sure!! Also the host got the drive way plowed quickly for my wife and I. Couldn’t have asked for more

We needed a last-minute place to stay for our last snowmobile trip for the year. This place was perfect!! The host/hostess were very responsive and willing to help with any questions. They sent us the check-in information and shared some of the history of the building we stayed in. The apartment was very clean and cozy. They provided everything that we needed. The town was very nice and the South Fork Saloon was an added bonus. We could park the sleds and walk to the bar to shoot some pool and meet some of the local residents. The bartenders were very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We look forward to repeating this trip in the future. I noticed in past reviews there were comments about the water having a sulfur odor. We did not notice anything of the sort. We were very happy with everything about our stay.

John was awesome. Accommodating and responsive. He went out of his way to ensure we had what we needed and enjoyed our stay.
