Waterfront vacation rentals in Pasay

Me and my wife loved it. This was our first ever Airbnb experience. We stayed for 2 nights and it was an absolute stress reliever. The co-host Genalyn was very responsive and answered all our questions. The room was spotless. The wifi is acceptable but I do not recommend using it to play online games, video streaming is fine though (speed ranges from 20-50 Mbps). You will need to sign in using your own Google and streaming service accounts to use the TV. The Kitchen is equipped with a standard pot and pan, dishes and cutlery are included. Host provided us with a few water bottles, coffee strips and sugar packets. Bathroom has a water heater, sitting bidet and automatic washing machine, you will need to bring your own body and laundry soap. The building is about 15-20 min walk to Mall of Asia. The pool is less than stellar. Having access to it from the balcony is very nice but there are sections of the pool that are clearly unkempt (rusting hand rails, dirty wall tiles, etc).

I felt homey the moment I entered the unit. It smells good too. What I really loved is you can sight see the city lights and the view of the sky you can see through the window, It was so amazing. The only slight problem I had was its distance to MOA (not walkable), but overall, the unit was good and I will definitely book next time.

Staying at Joey’s place was an outstanding experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The space was clean, well-kept, and in a great location for exploring the area. Joey was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. You can tell he takes pride in making sure guests feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Philippines and looking for a reliable and top-notch stay!

Had a wonderful stay in this Unit. I fell like i stays in a First Class 5 Star Hotel Suite. Host Miss Lala is very friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. I requested for an early check in and it was approved with no problem at all. I surely come back and recommend this to all.

The room is very clean and fresh before we checked in. What you see in the post is exactly the same when you visit the condo. We’re small family and it is very convenient to us the room we stayed in. Have a lot of things to do like board games and video game such as ps4. We stayed for 3D2N and all the things we needed is there specially the kitchen tools. I would like also recommend the host for assisting us whenever we have a question. We enjoyed our weekend staycation. Definitely will book again ❤️

It was really amazing being in this place, is very well located near of so many places of interest, the cleanliness of the places is a perk. The building facilities make way much better your stay. We did stay 1 month in this place and we really felt and treated like home. The view is amazing. The host is always available, accurate, and caring. Im really short words on regards of mg experience here. We will return DEFINITELY!! It is a perfect place for long staying. The bed is comfortable and clean. The apartment configuration is comfortable.

Balai Pahuwai is really a nice place to stay. Perfect place to relax and a place that is so peaceful and a time to really bond with family. Me and my family really like the place and the staff is really accommodating and Bang is always responsive and very helpful to our request. It’s too bad we didn’t managed to experience the bamboo bridge because it is under maintenance but overall we like our stay in this place and it is very clean. I might book it again in the future. It is in a slightly remote area in Antipolo but still easy to find through Google Maps. The bungalow is ok but could use a little more cleaning. Still had a great time! The place is peaceful and can help you reset :) Kitchen is complete with all the utensils you need. Although there is no signal, Wi-Fi is strong. Bedroom has AC. We didnt expect it would get cold because of some openings on the window but surprisingly, it did its job. Karaoke has a fee of 500.

We had an enjoyable time there. The house was clean but make sure to care and clean all the things you use. You have your own space for cooking which I found quite nice and could also invite some guests over. You also have a TV for some entertainment or have a karaoke machine and connect it with your TV to have a videoke. For your convince you need your own car to get in and out of the subdivision quickly. Other than that was the experience great.

This was our third time staying here, and we always enjoy it. The direct pool access from the balcony is amazing and super convenient. The room is clean, and the host is always quick to respond. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay

Great place, great location. The room was very spacious with complete amenities, we felt right at home. The building itself also had useful amenities and a mini park by the pool where people jog/run and a kids playground too. Mr. Florencio is very responsive, considerate and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

The condo was very modern with all the appliances and very clean. The pool looked nice but I could not use due to rain from typhoon. I also enjoyed the complementary coffee and soda. Bed was nice and enjoyed small table with chairs on balcony. I would definitely use it again on my next trip to the Philippines.

Our stay was wonderful. What you see is what you get. Kumpleto rin sa gamit, talagang damit nalang ang dadalhin niyo. Very clear instructions sa pag check-in and check-out. Also, Ms. Madelynne is very responsive. Overall, worth the price and great place to stay ❤️

We booked 1504 Rio tower via AirBnb... FB page is Precious Hideaway... Host Thea was very accomodating and her unit is a single bedroom fit for a family of 4 (we were 2 adults and 2 children) with the necessities you need, even having some freebies and honesty store inside... All essential information regarding stay was mentioned including additional fees/payments such as use of parking, wave pool, etc... Each has his/her own experiences (opposite extremes, very bad to excellent) while staying at Azure Residences towers... for us personally our experience was great... Room - 4.8, Service (concierge, staff, et al) - 4.0, Location - 4.4, most will have chosen this place for the on-site beach/wave pool... We mostly bought food/drinks from SM Bicutan as these were more expensive from the stores located inside the vicinity. If we were to come back, we would definitely contact again Ms Thea of Precious Hideaway... (comment posted in their FB page and Google Maps review of "Hepeng Kalbo")

I always stay at her place whenever I go back to the Philippines. It already feels like my 2nd home. Everytime I stay at her place, I've never had any problem and is always hassle free.

Mike's place was a pleasure to stay in. location and price were great. the cleanliness was also excellent. will be looking to stay here again next time I visit.

The VIEW, OMG the pictures doesn't do enough justice for it very spacious, clean, AC was enough for the bed room an living room was quiet an peaceful in the building I can't think of anything I disliked about the unit if I'm being honest and I would HIGHLY recommend this unit The 180° VIEW of the city was immaculate just downstairs an around the corner many different shops and restaurants as well so was super nice far enough for the nite life but close enough for it only being a 5min drive if that's what you're looking for Loved this spot
