I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The space is spacious, offering adequate area to relax and unwind. Everything is meticulously clean, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The aesthetic design is truly a standout—it's not only visually pleasing but also creates a serene atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. A big thank you to the staff for being so accommodating and attentive to all my needs. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming stay.

A very well-equipped apartment. Plenty of towels; washing machine with quick wash; small balcony for drying clothes. All the basics were provided, plus some useful and thoughtful small extras such as spare batteries, sticky tape etc.

It's a nice unit. and you wont get a hard time of cleaning up coz there is some cleaning tools and and the amenities are enough to used for staying there in days. And maam Alma it self is a good host. easily to approached. Thank you maam for checking in and accommodating us.

The unit is clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to stay. Its location near the Rockwell area means you're close to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options.

What a beautiful place. In the center of everything, but still in a Quite part. Host is great. Views are amazing and the security guards are awesome, so friendly they are.

Best place if you want to be close to BGC and Makati. Also one of the best ones with free parking! Just a reminder that there are other towers in the neighborhood and this one is called “St Mark’s Residences” The place is really nice and clean and felt very safe. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Ma'am Tee was very responsive to inquiries. Gave clear instructions. The place was clean and ideal for us. I like that her unit was high enough and away from the city noise.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

I booked the perfect place to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. The rockwell view was gonna be another surprise for her but unfortunately, the building lights are out that day, lol. The host is so nice, accommodating and very considerate. We had a wonderful stay, definitely gonna book again. :)

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

My family & I enjoyed our stay at Ms Jaicka’s place (7 adults & 2 Kids). She’s very responsive & very friendly. 🫶🏼The place is soooooo nice & cozy. Will definitely go back here and recommend this place to my friends. Thank you so much, Ms Jaicka!!! ❤️❤️❤️ God bless you more ❤️

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

best place to chill staying for one day we manage to enjoy it so much not just the pool but the scenery as well.

Of all staycations na napuntahan ko, this one is my top tier!!!!! 💖💖💖 grabe, sobrang accomodating ng host (nakaka inspired pa) hahahaha they were keen to ensure that we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The unit was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated and it's giving a perfect blend of comfort and style. Everything inside is just so perfect!! 😍 Super duper recommended sya! I’ll definitely be returning for another relaxing stay.

I appreciate how close the condo is to the airport. Miss Bea is a wonderful host. Even though we arrived after check-in time, she went out of her way to accommodate us. The condo was also spotless. We are thinking about staying there again in the future.

The apartment was great. we loved our stay. lots of thoughtful little touches like free hot and cold water. coffee. tea. little treats for the kids. the beds were the comfiest we'd had in the Philippines with big soft blankets. great working aircon, Netflix and wifi. highly recommend 👌

Place is very clean, spacious and Feels like home. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Ang sarap sa mata tignan ng view. Very accessible sa mall which is sa baba lang if ever na gusto nyo maghang out or kumaen sa mall. Ang dameng pwedeng gawin at puntahan. I had the chance to walk/jog around Mckinley which is refreshing. We will definitely go back here if ever given a chance. Ms Irene is very responsive sa mga inquiries and very smooth naman ang checkin and stay namen. Thank you again Ms. Irene ☺️

Ileana was a great host! The place was clean, accommodating, and perfect for our group of 7. Ileana was very responsive. She got back to me immediately after reaching out to her. My parents arrived in Manila before I could, so she was flexible with the check-in process. We were also able to walk to restaurants and stores. We felt very secure in the area. There were security guards who secured the property and checked every car/visitor that came through. They were walking around the property as well. We will certainly come back when we’re in Manila.

I was early for my checkin but the staff let me drop off my luggage while I explored the surrounding area. Very friendly people and very responsive when I had questions.
