The place is great for its price, especially with the added bonus of board games available for guests to enjoy. It’s a fun and budget-friendly spot. However, we did have an issue with the smell inside the unit, which was a bit unpleasant. Despite that, overall it’s a good place to stay and we still enjoyed our time there.

We loved staying at this place! It was so clean and comfortable. Ms. Roselle was so amazing and accomodating, even staying up super late to help us check in when our flight was delayed. Thank you so much !!!!

The place was great, clean, and in great location. Also, no need to worry bringing your own kitchen tools because it's already provided to you. The host was responsive and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. ♡

My friends and I had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome throughout our entire stay. From the thoughtful welcome snacks to the quick responses whenever we had a questions and requests, their hospitality truly stood out. The house was spacious, cozy, and exactly as described. We LOVE the big projector screen where we watched our favorite shows! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience. Can’t wait to return!

Great place, good to stay and even better to host a small gathering or party. Great value! The swimming pool was amazing also, water managed to stay warm even at night. Plenty of activities included including video games, karaoke, and board games. Would recommend this spot!

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

The place was perfect for our big family. Location is close to stores, salon, laundromat and easy access to rides. My only complain is the lock. It was difficult to open or lock it. Although they are aware of it and they were planning to replace it. If you are looking for a big place to stay for your big family this will be perfect.

Awesome location. Just a half block from the Mall of Asia. Restaurant and stores galore. Place was super clean and convenient. The staff at the condo were helpful as well. The host Laurice was proactive giving me directions on finding the place and getting in. We really enjoyed our stay there. The pools looked amazing but i didn't have time to experience them. Loved the place!!!

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. I would definitely consider planning my next stay in this very unit on my next visit. Thank you very much Editha 😊
