Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pasay

Bing was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The location of Bing’s place is very close to Terminal 3 airport which was perfect for us to fly in and out of Manila. Resorts World Casino and Mall are across the street which made it very convenient. The Condo is exactly as described and the pictures of her place are spot on. I highly recommend staying at her Condo.

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

The place is exactly like the pictures! Bright, clean, homey, and smells good! The host is very proactive, got a number of update messages days before the check in. One thing to emphasize is - perfect shower enclosure! It is the first condo unit airbnb that I've booked that water from the shower won't flood the toilet and lavatory floor area! The floor stayed dry from first to last day. Also, the extra touch of hygiene kit and green tea & coffee is very much appreciated! Loved the stay! This is my new top 1 airbnb fave 🤘

Place is awesome. Near to everywhere especially in Mall of Asia. Check-in and check out procedures are easy. Place is very clean and tidy, looks exactly in the posting. Utensils are complete so we were able to cook our meals. I just wish there’s cable tv to watch local shows but nonetheless, it’s still okay because it has Netflix and has an access to Youtube. This place is indeed recommendable.

The location is 8mins away from SM Aura and all other major spots in BGC. It was tucked in a gated community in a quiet neighborhood. The house is quite new and everything in it. Love the kitchen utensils and cutleries, the cute accessories and decoration at the toilet, the modern lamps are tasteful and the TV is huge. I also love the mechanisms on the sliding doors, it slides smooth. All in all its one of the best place we’ve stayed in Manila, so i highly recommend it.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

This place was next-level awesome. I’m convinced the host has a secret superhero power for making things spotless and cozy, honestly, I half expected a butler to appear! Every little detail was so perfect, it felt like the place was giving us a warm hug. 💯 The host, Thina! was basically a texting ninja,😂 fast replies, super helpful, and zero “ghosting” drama. Made the whole stay smooth as butter. If you’re looking for a peaceful hideout that’s close enough to civilization (and coffee), this spot’s a total winner.✨ We’re already plotting our next visit, maybe this time I’ll try not to hog the couch bed! 😂

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

We had a great stay! The room is really nice and clean, not overly decorated, our agenda there is near the building which is good, the host is also very responsive. Overall it is 8.5/10 experience!

Our stay at Laurice’s property was exceptionally pleasant. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient and provided easy access to SM Mall of Asia. It has also Alfamart, a coffee shop, Restos in the area. I highly commend Ms. Laurice’s for her excellent communication and responsiveness throughout our booking process and stay. We experienced a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wholeheartedly recommend this property to future guests.🩷

Highly, highly recommend! My partner and I stayed at Amer’s unit for 3 months and it had everything we needed for a long-term stay. The unit itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking meals at home. It even has a PS4, which kept us entertained on many nights. We also really loved the balcony, which had a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the view of Manila. The building was convenient, with a water refill station, a self-service laundromat, a convenience store, and even a café and restaurant. The location was perfect. It’s close to BGC, Megamall, and LRT. It was easy to book a Grab or catch a tricycle right outside the building. Amer was an amazing and considerate host. He always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, and thoughtful enough to provide complimentary snacks and a universal socket since he knew I was visiting from abroad. This place is a gem. Definitely would stay again!

Wow this place really felt like home. The attention to detail truly stood out. The amenities, fresh linens, well organised kitchen and immaculate bathroom was the best! Had so much storage space to put our things. Its clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and detailed to perfection. Hosts are very responsive and I must say, they are dedicated. I am glad to have stayed at their unit. It was clean and smelled really fresh. I was able to take good care of my husband coz the unit was perfect for us. Hope they host us again.
