This apartment is located in a private residence, with a community outdoor swimming pool and above all direct access to the beach (Wifi included). Due to a very severe drought in Catalonia, the swimming pools may not be refilled during the summer season. TDue to these water restrictions, access to the swimming pools may be restricted, or even closed, from June to September 2024.

This is only 10 minutes away by car from the village, beaches and supermarkets. you can bring your pet, they feel free here. There is WiFi in the home to be able to work remotely. The AV7 is in the vicinity and you can hear the mist depending on the day, it's the bad thing.

Nina's house is very nice. It has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. It is also very tastefully decorated. The best part is the inner courtyard. With sun practically all day and a large barbecue. The area is quiet and pleasant, Miami Platja is a 5-minute drive away. Another aspect to note is that it has a beautiful and large beach just a 5-minute walk away. Nina's service was impeccable. He welcomed us, showed us the house and left us some welcome gifts. Thank you for everything!

Everything was great, the owner super attentive and responsive, highly recommended, great location close to fantastic beaches and at the same time , close to the main attractions of the Costa Dorada, definitely worth it and great value for money. The apartment has got all the comforts, air con, Netflix, comfortable beds and pillows. Thank you Montse.

15 days of absolute tranquility and relaxation! M. Carmen and her husband Toni are charming, they make you feel at home at all times. They gave us a bottle of wine. Spectacular hosts! Regarding the apartment, the apartment is perfectly equipped, clean and tidy, in addition to being located in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing and family, with all kinds of services within reach and surrounded by beautiful coves and beaches with very good restaurants. Highlight its terraces, especially the solarium-bbq, where to enjoy the views and eat outside... And of course, special mention of the pool area, we have enjoyed the whole family very much. Without hesitation, we will definitely come back to enjoy it again. Thank you M. Carmen and Toni for your hospitality and kindness.

This is simply a perfect place with a stunning view from the balcony and a nice pool. It is also close to several very nice beaches. The appartment is fully equipped with amenities and nicely decorated. Laura is a friendly host who answers quickly and provides useful information. Greatly recommended!
