Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Parma

Bellissimo appartamento, comodo e spazioso. Peccato non aver avuto tempo di sfruttare la terrazza e il giardino! Impagabile il posto macchina all'interno del cortile. I vicini sono un po' rumorosi, o forse le pareti sottili, ma a parte qualche strano rumore la sera, non ci hanno disturbato. Non c'è il wi-fi, mio figlio l'avrebbe apprezzato, ma è indicato chiaramente nella descrizione che non è disponibile, quindi assolutamente nessun problema!

L'alloggio di Matteo è una splendida casa con una posizione strategica per visitare molti luoghi nei dintorni, perfetta per amanti del trekking e per chi ama i percorsi con una gravel. La casa è una signora casa, con tutto il necessario per stare bene sia d'inverno che d'estate. Matteo ci ha lasciato legna già pronta all'uso per il camino, la vera chicca della casa, che se vieni dalla città è una vera coccola. La cucina è attrezzatissima, c'è anche una lavastoviglie, tanti utensili e un frigo capiente, oltre all'acqua buonissima da bere. Sala molto ampia e con camino e tavolo grande anche per più persone, divano comodo e capiente. Al piano di sopra ci sono le due camere da letto e un bagno ben organizzato e molto ampio. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per Capodanno ma sicuramente d'estate si può godere del fuori, che offre zone all'ombra e verde tutto intorno. Disponibili in casa mappe della zona con i percorsi CAI, host consigliatissimo, torneremo di certo per camminare estive sui laghi.

We loved our stay in the beautiful house! The location was great with kids and a dog (right next to the park) and it took no time to walk to the old town. Can highly recommend it and wish we could have stayed longer!

Siamo stati (2 coppie di adulti) dal 24 al 27 aprile ospiti di Anna Maria. Casa molto bella, come da descrizione, nella campagna vicino Felino. È situata su una collinetta contornata da verde. È vicino a Felino ma è sempre necessario prendere l'auto per muoversi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati ed ottimi ristoranti (consiglio la Culatelleria a Sanguinaro) Ottima come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni (abbiamo visto Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). È stato un bel soggiorno. Host disponibile e gentile.

la casa è molto bella e accogliente e curata nei dettagli. Tommaso ci ha fatto sentire come a casa ed è stato premuroso facendoci trovare caffè e biscotti per la colazione e le ciotole per il nostro peloso. Altamente consigliato

we loved our stay at Claudio's wonderful place. So beautiful, so pristine, a beautiful environment, a real paradise and very comfortable. We could rest and enjoy the beautiful walk straight from the house. Walk towards Mulazzo and find the riverside... so beautiful

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella casa di Monia, la consiglio vivamente. Spazi estremamente puliti, rifiniture di pregio, letti comodi e cucina super funzionale .Monia ci ha fornito anche la culla portatile per il nostro bimbo piccolo. Consigliamo a tutti questa bella casa vicino al fiume. Torneremo sicuramente!!

We were a group of 3 couples traveling together and this was the first location on our trip. We all loved this beautiful home!! It was very large so we had plenty of room to gather but it also felt very private for each couple. The location was perfect to explore Modena. Very walkable to all restaurants and sites. Frederica was a lovely host who made several reservations for us and was very easy to communicate with. Staying here was a fantastic experience and all of us would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful family home with us.

Η Raffaella ήταν πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρέτικη. Απαντούσε αμέσως στα μηνύματα μου και μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε. Το σπίτι ήταν στο κέντρο,ήσυχο καθαρό και άνετο! Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή στην Πάρμα!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Crémone. Il faisait froid et humide dehors mais très bon dans l'appartement. Il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin dans l'appartement. Ce dernier est bien propre et idéalement situé : il donne sur une cour très calme. Il n'y a aucun bruit. On peut se garer gratuitement à proximité. On rejoint le centre ville à pied en 5 minutes. Il y a aussi un bon supermarché à quelques minutes de marche. C'est vraiment une bonne adresse pour découvrir la région. Merci Pietro!

Matteo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Superschnelle und freundliche Kommunikation. Genaue Anweisungen und nette Empfehlungen, die wir gerne angenommen haben. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ohne zu viel Schnickschnack. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig. Die Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars ist in direkter Nachbarschschaft. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This is our second time returning to Parma in under a year. Parma is one of the easiest cities to fall in love with and, for us, Gianni’s place plays an integral role in shaping that narrative. It is located right near the city center, and everything is walkable and easy to access. Gianni’s place is quiet; however, if you want the hustle and bustle of Parma, simply open the balcony doors & enjoy the symphony of sounds. Gianni is both patient & kind, especially with us being Americans and new to the area. He is hospitable and quick to respond — and he has placed many thoughtful touches around the Airbnb such as a hot-water kettle, hot teas, etc around the space for guests to enjoy. If available, we will always stay with Gianni when traveling to Parma!

Sono stata un weekend lungo a Mantova con il mio ragazzo, l’appartamento é piccolo ma curato, pulito e accogliente. Teresa é stata gentilissima, consiglio!

Pinuccia's apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Easy to locate and ample parking space. Really appreciated the breakfast staples and tart that were waiting for us on arrival! Pinuccia was very responsive in the lead up and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Sejour tres agreable dans une ville de taille moyenne mais avec de tres beaux monuments, musées, tout peut etre fait à pieds. L'appartement est tres confortable, propre, avec toutes les commodités. Nicola est tres reactif . Nous recommandons chaleureusement, et sans hesiter.

Мястото е добро. Отлична комуникация с домакина - бърза, точна, ясна и навременна. Апартаментът е на партерно ниво във вътрешен двор. Нямахме проблем с паркирането. Стаите са преходни, спалнята е голяма и удобна за двама души. Напълно съответства на описанието и снимките. Бяхме 4 души за 3 нощувки. Като цяло прекарахме много добре.

Die Unterkunft von Assunta und Ivan ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Sie haben dieses Haus zu zweit aus Holz, Stroh und Lehm gebaut, wirklich beeindruckend. Es ist sehr ruhig und großzügig, ich habe mich dort sehr gut erholt. Es gibt kein Internet und keinen Fernseher, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Die beiden sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, dabei diskret. Ich durfte mitkommen in die Pizzeria ihres Sohnes, die beste Pizza, die ich seit Jahrzehnten gegessen habe. Zum Yoga sind wir auch einmal zusammen gegangen. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter. Im Normalfall braucht man ein Auto.

Appartamento come da descrizione, rifornito di tutto l'essenziale. Zona comoda per visitare il centro storico nonchè molto vicina a tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Josefina è stata da subito molto gentile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno.

Nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir de croiser Nico mais toutes les instructions étaient claires et l’arrivée facile avec la serrure électronique et le parking Kennedy à 2mn. Logement bien situé et agréable pour découvrir Parme.

Very clean and very big apartment perfect for 4 or even 6 people I guess. Perfect location right down the street is the center of the city there is a good bar for good cappuccino.
