L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Il monolocale su due livelli ha 2 terrazzini ed è in pieno centro storico, è dotato di tutti i comfort ed è perfetto perfetto per il vostro soggiorno. La posizione strategica vi permetterà di vivere il centro enogastronomici, culturale e artistico di Parma. A pochi metri c'è la fermata taxi e autobus collegata con la stazione, in alternativa raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 15min. Dall'autostrada si arriva facilmente al parcheggio coperto Goito aperto 24h che dista 6 min a piedi.

There are 4 apartments (the photos are of 1) in complete conservative restoration overlooking the convent park with a splendid series of loggias from where you can enjoy a timeless view and experience romantic emotions in the rooms with enchanting faces and frescoes. The apartment is really bright, newly renovated and situated in a calm neighbourhood, very close to the old town centre, to Cittadella park and to "La Galleria". The area has a good public transportation system with connections to the train station and all other areas of the city, including exposition area (fair area) and airport. The accommodation is well suited for couples, groups, families and work related travels. Clean sheets and towels are regularly provided.

Small semi-basement workshop converted into a studio for curious travelers. It has all the comforts of an apartment, but reduced to the space of a tavern. Warm and cozy in winter, it retains the cool and shade in summer. The air conditioning system has an adjustable temperature in the Lab. Very suitable for short/medium-term stays.
