Great place for a person who longs for the countryside in a mountainous landscape. We stopped along the way for one night with our family. The last kilometers of winding and narrow road, but even with a big car we got there. The place is clean and includes everything you need.

It was convenient to the school!’ It was a beautiful comfortable spotlessly clean peaceful place! I was very comfortable! One of the cleanest Airbnbs that I ever stayed in! OMG! What a gem!! Tucked away on a leafy green road this is a quiet haven - not too far from the centre, but far enough to feel like you’re ‘getting away’ from the city. The house is filled witj wood and light - the windows are huge and face onto the most beautiful back garden. We woke up to bird song and the rustling of the trees. You literally can’t see another house - just trees and greenery. The house is also filled with beautiful artwork and is clearly redolent of a life well lived in Thailand. They also have lots of options for breakfast and a gorgeous table in the garden to eat it on - and the beds are SUPER comfy. The place is spotless and has everything you need!! Finally, the hosts are SO nice and so welcoming. They gave us a tour of the house and told us a little about its history as well as some excellent food options (DEFINITELY try Osteria Chilometro Zero!). They also gave us a late check out, no questions asked, which we massively appreciated. A wonderful stay!

A charming villa surrounded by the greenery (and silence) of the Parma countryside, a few kilometers from all the main places of interest. Spacious rooms with all amenities, great breakfast. Enrico and his wife are two caring, kind and helpful hosts, full of useful tips. It feels like home, and what a home...!

We felt right at home. We were very warmly welcomed and in advance a good and fast communication. In the morning we got a delicious breakfast and a great coffee. Also in the room you could enjoy the coffee. The air conditioning in the room made the outside temperatures tolerable. The accommodation had a beautiful facility where you could sit in the evening and play table tennis.

Our stay with Maurizio and Antonio was fantastic. The surroundings are beautiful, with stunning views that made the experience truly special. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. We loved spending time with their adorable dogs - they added so much charm. The food was delicious, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. An unforgettable experience in a gorgeous setting!

We spent two nights at Martina's b&b to celebrate New Year's Eve and we couldn't have asked for more. Martina was extremely kind and helpful, making sure everything went well during our stay. The rooms were cozy and well maintained, offering a comfortable setting for our short stay. A pleasant surprise was the Parmigiano Reggiano tasting organized by Martina's father. He guided us through the different cheese maturations, explaining the subtle differences in taste and texture. It was a really interesting experience and a unique touch to our stay. In conclusion, we highly recommend Martina's b&b to anyone looking not only for a welcoming and well-managed place but also quiet and away from the chaos of the city. We will definitely consider this option for future stays.

We stayed one night at this place during a bike trip This is a bedroom with separate bathroom and a shared kitchen. The place is very quiet but a little out of the way. The host's welcome was very positive and adapted to our particular constraints. We enjoyed the air conditioning (with a small extra charge) during this very hot period.

We loved everything, Giulio and Donatella were absolutely adorable, the room was beautiful, comfortable and super clean. the gardens and the pool were stunning both by day and by night. breakfast was out of this world!! so many delicious choices 😍😍😍😍 we felt right at home and will definitely be back again soon!!!!

Carla's place is the best place we stayed in and around Castelnovo. New house, clean, tidy, comfortable and cozy. Basically, you feel at home. The hosts were thoughtful and very kind. Finally, there's a dog that's a show that makes everything very cheerful.

I booked very late, but Lorenzo didn't mind and welcomed me with open arms. He owns a beautiful farm, with several rooms inside that are designed with character. Breakfast is included in the price, and in the common areas, you can work or eat together. Thanks for everything, this place to sleep really surprised me positively!

Cecilia was very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom and bathroom were of a good size and very clean. Shower was great and bed very comfortable. The toiletries and bath robe were an excellent extra. We were provided with a delicious meal which comprised foods from the local area. The choice of a sweet or savoury breakfast was a nice option. I would definitely recommend Cecilia BnB. A good place to stop on the sentiero dei Ducati.

Beautifully renovated, very responsive, proactive and hospitable host. I felt as though I was staying at a family members home in another country. Within 15min walking distance of the Ferrari factory, museum and restaurants. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot to family and friends visiting Maranello.

Perfect little Place that was in the heart of the area for cheese, ham and balsamic tours. Even better tour started 15 min from Her place. More importantly, we were coming from Portofino on a Saturday night and got behind and she was kind to wait for us to check i before starting g her evening and even found us a great local place to eat. The next morning bfast was ready early and Christina was around for a chat and offered great recommendations. Would go back without a doubt. Room was perfecto. Moreover, the moon was full and without the light pollution it was even better to see. Thanks Christina!
