We loved our stay in the beautiful house! The location was great with kids and a dog (right next to the park) and it took no time to walk to the old town. Can highly recommend it and wish we could have stayed longer!

We were (2 pairs of adults) from April 24 to 27 guests of Anna Maria. Very nice house, as described, in the countryside near Felino. It is located on a small hill surrounded by greenery. It's close to Felino but you always need to take the car to get around. Nearby there are various supermarkets and excellent restaurants (I recommend the Culatelleria in Sanguinaro) Excellent as a starting point to visit the surroundings (we saw Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Torrechiara Castle). It was a nice stay. Host available and friendly.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

It was a pretty big house for us - as there were too many bed rooms. And the kitchen and other arrangements were really nice. Probably another toilet in that big apartment would have made it a perfect one. Thank you very much Loredana for your friendly support throughout the stay

Perfect home for short stays. Clean and equipped with a hearty breakfast and water. Antonio is very clear in the description of the access methods.

A very large, clean, and comfortable home. Monia was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is large and we felt right at home immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 3 couples traveling together and this was the first location on our trip. We all loved this beautiful home!! It was very large so we had plenty of room to gather but it also felt very private for each couple. The location was perfect to explore Modena. Very walkable to all restaurants and sites. Frederica was a lovely host who made several reservations for us and was very easy to communicate with. Staying here was a fantastic experience and all of us would stay here again! Christina’s place is a great choice when staying in Modena and aiming to be close to the historic city centre. She was communicative and precise all along the way, highly appreciated and recommendable!

We stayed in Giancarlo and Laura’s apartment for 4 weeks as our home base for touring around Northern Italy. It was a great experience. The apartment had everything we needed including off street parking which is so necessary near the old town. Restaurants, the city center, a grocery and the train station were all within walking distance. Laura was helpful and responsive. A great Airbnb!

Very nice apartment in a peaceful area ideally located between the Parco Ducale and the center of the city. The apartment has a small balcony where it is nice to have coffee or aperitivo.

We loved our short stay in Patrizia’s apartment… only wish we could have stayed longer. Apartment is modern, clean and ideally located, in a most beautiful tree lined street. Easy walk to historic centre of Parma… Would definitely recommend!

Clean house, impeccable.

We visited Reggio Emilia for a conference at the Loris Malaguzzi center, the accommodation is very close to the place and was comfortable for our stay. The accommodation is very well equipped and has all the amenities one needs. The host Alberto was very friendly and concerned that everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place if you want to visit Reggio Emilia.

The estate is simply enchanting, finely and tastefully renovated. The spaces are large, the furniture refined, the bathrooms fantastic and the additional services allow you to fully enjoy the experience. A special note of merit to Anna and Barbara, who welcomed us and made us feel at home, doing their best (always with a smile) to satisfy all our requests. Special mention for breakfast, really great.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Wonderful place to escape to and relax

We spent three wonderful nights at Riccardo and Eleonora’s chalet in Martignana di Po, and everything was just perfect. The listing is extremely accurate — what you see is exactly what you get, and even more! The chalet is beautifully decorated, with an impressive attention to detail. It’s a little piece of paradise, ideal for a family getaway. Our small dog and the whole family felt completely at home. The check-in process was smooth and easy. Bravo Riccardo and Eleonora — you are truly one of a kind! Thank you for such a memorable stay.

It's amazing, this apartment is a gem, it's super clean, very functional, it's welcoming, even the outside, it's very pleasant. DON'T HESITATE TO COME TO RIZA'S! If only all AIRBNBs were like this, unfortunately this is not the case.

Really very helpful and kind! Beautiful area, very quiet and not difficult to reach. Very clean apartment and exactly as described! We had a great time! The ability to light the fireplace was a great plus. Well-stocked and comfortable kitchen!
