The view ranges from the facing Castle of Casalgrande, mentioned in historical documents as early as 1300, to the industrious plain, the high Apennines of Reggio Emilia - Modena and, on clear days, to the peaks of the Venetian Prealps and the Euganean Hills.

the house dates back to 1871 is made of stone and has very thick internal walls that allow you to always stay cool throughout the summer. the kitchen opens directly to the outdoor courtyard where we have a large table with a brick barbecue nearby. The garden is located in the front of the house there is also a gazebo with sofas. The swimming pool is fenced and is for the exclusive use of the guests of the house. The house is adjacent to a yellow house of my uninhabited property
