Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Parma

Beautiful apartment, comfortable and spacious. Too bad we didn't have time to take advantage of the terrace and garden! The parking space inside the courtyard is priceless. The neighbors are a little noisy, or maybe the walls are thin, but apart from some strange noises in the evening, they didn't bother us. There is no wifi, my son would have appreciated it, but it is clearly indicated in the description that it is not available, so absolutely no problem!

Matteo's accommodation is a beautiful house with a strategic location to visit many places in the surroundings, perfect for hiking lovers and for those who love routes with a gravel bike. The house is a lady's house, with everything you need to feel good in both winter and summer. Matteo left us wood ready to use for the fireplace, the real gem of the house, which if you come from the city is a real treat. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a dishwasher, lots of utensils and a large fridge, as well as very good drinking water. Very large room with fireplace and large table even for multiple people, comfortable and spacious sofa. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a well-organized and very spacious bathroom. We stayed here for New Year's Eve but surely in summer you can enjoy the outdoors, which offers shaded and green areas all around. Maps of the area with CAI routes are available in the house, highly recommended host, we will certainly return to walk in the summer on the lakes.

We loved our stay in the beautiful house! The location was great with kids and a dog (right next to the park) and it took no time to walk to the old town. Can highly recommend it and wish we could have stayed longer!

We were (2 pairs of adults) from April 24 to 27 guests of Anna Maria. Very nice house, as described, in the countryside near Felino. It is located on a small hill surrounded by greenery. It's close to Felino but you always need to take the car to get around. Nearby there are various supermarkets and excellent restaurants (I recommend the Culatelleria in Sanguinaro) Excellent as a starting point to visit the surroundings (we saw Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Torrechiara Castle). It was a nice stay. Host available and friendly.

the house is very nice and welcoming and thoughtful. Tommaso made us feel at home and was thoughtful making us find coffee and cookies for breakfast and bowls for our furry hair. Highly recommended

We were greeted in a very friendly manner and the area and sights were explained to us. The house is very nicely located with wonderful views over the countryside. It has everything you need and there is plenty of storage space. The details are thoughtful and tasteful. The lower bedroom is bright and spacious and the upper one is super cozy. I would particularly like to praise the beds. The mattresses are comfortable and firm, the blankets were pleasantly warm (October and rain) the pillows narrow and firm. We slept very well and recovered very well. We saw various historical places in the area, the Cinque Terre, we were hiking in the area and the Apuan Alps. It rained one day, but you can also endure that well in this house. Highly recommended!

A very large, clean, and comfortable home. Monia was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is large and we felt right at home immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 3 couples traveling together and this was the first location on our trip. We all loved this beautiful home!! It was very large so we had plenty of room to gather but it also felt very private for each couple. The location was perfect to explore Modena. Very walkable to all restaurants and sites. Frederica was a lovely host who made several reservations for us and was very easy to communicate with. Staying here was a fantastic experience and all of us would stay here again! Bigger than expected!!

We had a great week in Cremona. It was cold and wet outside but very good in the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. The latter is very clean and in a great location: it overlooks a very quiet courtyard. There's no noise. Free parking is available nearby. Downtown is a 5-minute walk away. There is also a good supermarket within walking distance. It's a really good place to discover the region. Thanks Pietro!

Matteo is a great host. Super fast and friendly communication. Exact instructions and nice recommendations that we gladly accepted. The place is exactly as seen in the photos, very tastefully decorated without too much frills. The location of the apartment is quiet. The old town with many restaurants, cafes and bars is in the immediate vicinity. Highly recommended, we felt very comfortable.

This is our second time returning to Parma in under a year. Parma is one of the easiest cities to fall in love with and, for us, Gianni’s place plays an integral role in shaping that narrative. It is located right near the city center, and everything is walkable and easy to access. Gianni’s place is quiet; however, if you want the hustle and bustle of Parma, simply open the balcony doors & enjoy the symphony of sounds. Gianni is both patient & kind, especially with us being Americans and new to the area. He is hospitable and quick to respond — and he has placed many thoughtful touches around the Airbnb such as a hot-water kettle, hot teas, etc around the space for guests to enjoy. If available, we will always stay with Gianni when traveling to Parma!

I spent a long weekend in Mantua with my boyfriend, the apartment is small but well-kept, clean and cozy. Teresa was very kind, I recommend it!

Pinuccia's apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Easy to locate and ample parking space. Really appreciated the breakfast staples and tart that were waiting for us on arrival! Pinuccia was very responsive in the lead up and during our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Chiara’s palazzo. The place was clean and well-stocked with everything. The view to the garden was spectacular and I will never forget the roof. Highly recommended!

Good place to stay with reasonable price

Assunta and Ivan's place is very special. They built this house together out of wood, straw and clay, really impressive. It is very quiet and spacious, I recovered very well there. There is no internet and no TV, which I found very pleasant. The two are super friendly and helpful, yet discreet. I was allowed to come to their son's pizzeria, the best pizza I've had in decades. We also went to yoga together once. I am more than happy to recommend the place. Normally, you need a car.

Apartment as described, stocked with all the essentials. Convenient area for visiting the historic center as well as very close to all the essential services. Josefina was immediately very kind in meeting our needs. We had a great stay.

Very clean and very big apartment perfect for 4 or even 6 people I guess. Perfect location right down the street is the center of the city there is a good bar for good cappuccino.
