We absolutely loved Alberta's beautiful flat in the historic centre of Mantua. We had everything we needed, including a sunny balcony with plants and chairs. Alberta met us at the property and gave us personal recommendations of places to eat and shop.

Perfect location, charming street. Appreciated map on condo wall and print out of suggested restaurants. Enrico quickly responded to a shower drainage issue. Exiting the train station was confusing but we found our way. A 15 min walk to condo. Modena food tour was fun for us. Visiting the museums and classic pieces in the churches were a highlight for us.

Friendly hosts that know exactly how to make you feel welcome without being intrusive; and even though our flight was delayed by 5 hours we were received at the door and shown into the apartment by our hosts. We knew they were on hand and proactively made sure we had the best service with whatever we needed, and some lovely extras that made us love being there even more and feel at home. We loved that we were invited to a local festival. Like a 5 star hotel with a family feel. Thank you!!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Parma. It was quite quiet and yet within walking distance to the city center or restaurants. The big plus is the garage. It's just a little small. Our Audi A3 fit in, but I don't think every car fits. A note in the description would be helpful for others. The apartment itself has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Very clean and very big apartment perfect for 4 or even 6 people I guess. Perfect location right down the street is the center of the city there is a good bar for good cappuccino.

Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.

A few days but good, too bad the last day with bad weather. Alessandro is an exquisite person, friendly and always available for anything. What can I say about the property? BEAUTIFUL. From the small but effective apartment with everything you need, to then go to the garden with barbecue and bersò with a wonderful view, finally the gem, the pool, beautiful with super view. The house was great. I had to book it last minute as my other Airbnb lost power and everything about the booking and stay was seamless. The house was clean and just as described and the breakfast was great.

Everything was smooth, the place is comfortable and spotlessly clean, surroundings are beautiful. Francesca and her family were always there to help. Certainly worth coming back.
