Such a beautiful apartment close to everything and yet quiet due to being tucked away just off the busy streets. Excellent balcony for breakfast or evening meals and a very comfortable living area. Would definitely recommend to others!

We found and booked Sophie's place on very short notice, more precisely, when we were on the train and less then 1/2 h to arrive in Arcachon. Sophie answered my message almost immediately and after clarifying a few details, I booked our 4 nights stay and she prepared everything as fast as possible so we could check in. She was waiting for us and showed us around in the apartment. The apartment is very conveniently located and quite. Supermarket, baker, restaurants, city center, beach and much more are reachable in range of 1-10 minutes walking distance. It's cozy and has everything you need to enjoy your stay, which we did. Sophie is definitively a "super host" Thank you Sophie! We would be happy if we could come back to Arcachon and stay at your place. Wishing you all the best Carlos and Sylvia

Certainly the best apartment in Arcachon, I am delighted, the Hostess is very polite and helpful and attentive and worried about our arrival, I was very well received by Frederique, a tasteful decoration, everything is amazing, the apartment has everything you need and very hygienic, there is a balcony that you can enjoy the city and connect with nature. The rooms in the house are amazing and comfortable and there is a spacious bathroom.

Xavier is nice, accommodating and responsive. Good-sized accommodation for the 4 of us, everyone having their own room was what we wanted. Sunny terrace sheltered from the wind. Good location in the station, everything is within walking distance or by bike. Enjoy your stay in Cap Ferret!

Our stay with our two two-year-olds went very well. The accommodation is easy to access, well located and very well equipped. The parking space inside the condominium is appreciated. Claire was not present during our stay but she was available and gave us all the information to make our stay go smoothly. The neighborhood is peaceful and the beach is 500 meters away and easy to access even with small children. We would recommend this listing.

Very nice house, nice pool we enjoyed it. Located in a quiet area with lots of shops around (Auchan, bakery, pharmacy etc.), close to Bordeaux. We had a lovely stay, the only downside was the mosquitoes:)

We really enjoyed our stay at Christine's place. The apartment was perfect for 3 adults. We could walk to the shops, beach and train station. The terrace was perfect for sitting out on. Only to note it is covered so not sun all day. The flexibility for checking in and out was so helpful. 5 stars.

We were delighted to enjoy Eric's Landes house a second time. We found this peaceful and relaxing environment that we had enjoyed so much the first time. We really enjoyed being able to meet Eric again, whom we thank for his hospitality.

The house is perfect for a stay in Mimizan and to visit the beaches of the Landas. The drive to the beach area is comfortable and close. The house matches the photos in the listing and is very welcoming and comfortable for a family stay in summer. The yacuzzi in the garden is very useful and it is possible to park the vehicle within the private space of the house. The balcony space upstairs is very helpful and spacious. The property reached out to us throughout our stay and was extremely friendly both in welcoming us and in our march!

The place is naughty, super clean, functional and very well located. Tastefully decorated and, little more, it smells very good. The environment is quiet and the accommodation is close to all amenities. Nicolas is very nice, welcoming, responsive and accepted that we would come with our dog. A big thank you to him for his kind attention upon arrival. We had a great time and may be back next year. I would recommend it.

Very functional and very quiet apartment. It's very functional. Bus line 15 is 5 minutes away and Saint Jean train station (tram C) is a 15-minute walk. The private parking space is an undeniable asset. And finally, Jerome is a responsive and very friendly host.

the photos speak for themselves!! it matches exactly the reality of them!! Nothing to complain about the accommodation! It's comfortable for a good stay! one small downside, when we were there, there was construction work in front of our accommodation. Otherwise, we can recommend this place for a pleasant stay 😉

Julie greeted us at midnight having prepared everything for us and never made us feel guilty for arriving so late. She has a great flat, extremely quiet and very well located for getting back on the motorway. We will definitely be back next year.
