Centrally located apartment and cat in St-Michel

Welcome to our home! :-) We have equipped our apartment while trying to preserve its character (old building). It is conveniently located, in the heart of the very dynamic and multicultural Saint-Michel district (15 min walk to the train station and at the confluence of the four tram lines of Bordeaux), between the Saint-Michel Basilica and the Capucins covered market (open every morning except Monday). A tram connects to the airport. We entrust you with our adorable cat Hermès :) .

Our typical chalet-style house is a must for spending a vacation on the bay, the place is a heavenly cocooning where every detail has been thought of so that you can relax and escape, a tropical and Mediterranean garden surrounds every corner of the house, it is located in the countryside of the Eyre valley near Arcachon and Pyla 5 km from the bay and 25 from the ocean with no neighbors or noise. Surveillance cameras are present in the parking lot at the entrance to the house.

This is a bright studio located on the ground floor of a small stone building, in the heart of the Chartrons district, near the Jardin Public, the Paul Doumer tram station and many shops). The accommodation has a small fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (sink and shower) and separate toilet. The living area of the studio is composed of a bed 2 places, a sofa bed 2 places and a flat screen. The linen is provided.

Your hostess has prepared a quality welcome for you in La Verrière. You will have an independent equipped studio (kitchenette, wifi connection, work table, private bathroom) and an indoor terrace. Breakfast is included. In a quiet and pleasant area, you will benefit from the proximity of shops and public transport (you are 10 minutes from Gare Saint Jean and 15 minutes from Bordeaux city center).

The flat is very nice for two ! It is in periphery of Bordeaux but not far and you'll find yourself in the city center in ten minutes .. The tram's platform is next to the place, very usefull ! You'll can get bicycles there too... The flat is small( ('54m2) ,but bright and "warm" and confortable ... I think you'll enjoy the big sunny terrace on the roof!
