Newly renovated, the house has all the comforts (heated pool, private garden, home automation, air conditioning, roller shutters, petanque court, teleworking area with screen, USB-C, etc.). Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.
