30 m2 cottage with large terrace (30 m2) in a quiet area by the forest on a plot of 740 m2, shared with another cottage. 700 m from the lake of Cazaux-Sanguinet and 7 km from the ocean and downtown Biscarrosse. 20 km from the Dune du Pyla (highest sand dune in Europe) and 30 km from Arcachon. Due to the forest location, mobile network and Internet connection are not so good but get much better closer to the lake, 700 m away.

Beautiful cottage. Very pretty, well decorated and well appointed. Cozy, warm and relaxing atmosphere in a green and natural setting. I recommend it for your stays in this beautiful region because the property is located in a village that is very well located for discovering the Landes. Charming cottage, especially the beautiful unoverlooked terrace overlooking the forest. Ideal location in relation to the village's activities and services. The cottage is perfectly equipped, there is everything you need for cooking. It is divided into 2 apartments which each have their terrace. The only minor downside is the management of the arrival in the village, a little complex when you don't know it and you arrive on a Sunday when the various reception areas are closed. Apart from that the place is charming, the beach very wild and clean, the atmosphere relaxed.

We found the tranquility we were looking for. The chalet has all amenities It's cozy, quiet and very comfortable. The outside space is just great. Our daughters had a great time playing in the garden. We also use the barbecue and the outdoor porch. A 10 for our stay. PD. Maïlys & Cédric had a nice touch for our sweet little ones! Thank you!

Thierry and Myriam are very welcoming hosts and their cottage is a real little haven of peace. Very nicely decorated and super well equipped. A real treat to recharge your batteries as a family. The proximity to the other bungalows was not a problem at this quiet time of the year. The campsite pool was not heated when we were there but the activities in the area kept us busy and greatly satisfied (Dune du Pilat, beaches, Arcachon). My daughter also loved visiting the campsite animals every day. We'll be happy to go back.
