I recommend the accommodation. Very spacious with all the necessary equipment, nothing is missing. Clean accommodation and a very attentive and available host. I recommend it.

Great place in the heart of Bordeaux City old town. Only negative is that there was no dryer as listed, but the drying rack worked well.

Excellent stay spent with family, clean, well-equipped apartment (2 year old baby) and quiet, close to all amenities. Thanks to Francine and her husband for hosting us. We'll be happy to go back.

the house was pretty good and enough for two people. the surrounding area was safe, quite, very close to nice supermarket, and lots of well designed restaurants. if we will plan to visit bordeaux again, salwa’s place will be the first option for us!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The supermarket right downstairs was incredibly convenient for grabbing essentials. While it’s not super close to major tourist spots, everything was still within walking distance, making it easy to explore. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for cooking meals at home. Highly recommend for a cozy and practical stay!

Great stay at this lovely apartment with a view of the pool. Everything was perfect. Access to the beach in 3 min walk is really nice. Ideally located to enjoy the basin, the Cap Ferret on one side and Arcachon on the other. I recommend it!

Souleymane was a most responsive host and when our travel plan was interrupted by a few hours, he was very accommodating in meeting our arrival The space was as described and provided the extra area to enable us to spread out Many restaurants were nearby and it was an easy walk to all the attractions and tramway network Thank you for looking after us well and providing additional support for the health services that we required Souleymane has done a good deal of work trying to improve the apartment (which is his home) and with a few further touches it could be an excellent opportunity to stay One point to note, that it is up a couple flights of stairs-Souleymane was most helpful in assisting with our luggage A most enjoyable stay Our thanks Peter and Tracy

Perfect spot, you can park your car and everything is on foot, the beach , town centre with great restaurants . Lovely apartment, everything we needed and really enjoyed the swimming pool , we will be back next year

We were in the apartment for surfing and bathing as a family with two teenagers. We felt very comfortable there and would book the apartment again. Apartment is corresponding to the description and is tastefully furnished. Only the balcony is full of completely inconvenient lounge chairs, so you can't eat there and actually only use the balcony for drying clothes. Since the living and dining room has many windows and is nice and bright, this was not a problem for us. It is fantastic that you are right by the beach and in the center of town. Generally it was quite quiet. However, between two and five o'clock at night we had to close the windows of the bedrooms, as it became louder in the clubs in front of it.

I am glad I booked to stay here during my Volunteering assignment with Paris 2024 Olympics. This was my first visit to France . The tram station next door to this location was a big factor to make this a great experience.

We had a pleasant week-long stay. The accommodation is very good, as advertised, well-equipped, clean and very conveniently located. Close to shops, restaurants. Ocean access on foot in 1 minute. We recommend it. 🙂

Very nice and very well-equipped small house in a very quiet residential area. Elodie is an exceptional host both in terms of her responsiveness and her listening... not to mention her sense of humor. I would highly recommend this ideal rental for small families.

Listing conforms to listing and photos. Very nice view on the pool. Great location to do anything on foot in Arcachon with a bonus of 2 real parking spaces available. Very comfortable bedding, quiet accommodation. Very well equipped (enough bathrooms and utensils and dishes) In short, everything was perfect!

What an amazing week we had at this beautiful villa. From the second we arrived the kids were straight in the pool and were delighted with the toys left out! The description was perfect, well equipped kitchen, great air con (much needed) and the outdoor space was amazing. The host and the agent were great, even helped us find a local baby sitter for a wonderful evening out. If you can cycle everywhere that’s a great option, if not a car is needed to explore the area. All in all would highly recommend as a wonderful base to explore this beautiful place.

The accommodation is true to the photos, the location is great, the residence is quiet, even on a 3-day weekend. The perfect instructions for finding the place. We had a great time, we hope to be able to come back!

We (family of five, early August) were very comfortable in the house from start.  Everything was as described. A very large and very nicely maintained garden with an enclosed porch and a heated pool. The kitchen was very well equipped including fully automatic coffee maker. Xavier was always available and was able to help us quickly by phone with problems. The house is perfect for a family .

We had a very nice week at this house in Parentis. Here's what we liked: + Convenient house with everything you need for a week (BBQ, children's toys, umbrella bed, washing machine, small cart to bring groceries or children when they no longer want to walk) + house in a quiet car-free subdivision + pool in the development, children's play air + top location: 20min from Biscarosse beach; 40min from Pilat dune; 10min walk to Parentis lakes What could be improved on: - light pole of the terrace was no longer attached by the screws, a little dangerous with curious children - It was very hot the first 3 days (about 35°) and no fans to ventilate a little. But Élodie sent us fans on the second day so super responsive and attentive! - Watch out for mosquitoes! A few lamps or mosquito plugs would be welcome;-)

Impeccable accommodation whether in terms of decor or amenities. Very responsive hosts as well as Valérie from the concierge. First successful family vacation. Lake Parentis and its surroundings are great for small children. We would recommend it without hesitation, thank you so much!

Clean accommodation and as described, in a quiet area. We had a pleasant stay with the family. The added bonus? Lulu is extremely caring and responsive. Totally recommend
