HOUSE INSIDE THE FARM - SIMPLE AND QUIET PLACE

House inside the farm, in the Serra do Mar, near the Pimenta and Desterro waterfalls, with beautiful landscapes, a quiet place with animals and plants. Enclosed location with screen, security camera, garage and ample outdoor space. It has a small swimming pool, vegetable garden, hammock, large kitchen with wood stove, simple barbecue and bedroom with suite. Inside the property there is a river that you can visit and use for bathing. Approximately 12 km from the city of Cunha-SP and 37 km from Paraty-RJ.

Casa Mugango

Casa Mugango is in Cunha, in the Campos Novos district, about 25 km from the center, with 19 km of paved roads. It is located inside Cabanha Bocaina, a rural site. It is a refuge from the hustle and bustle, a calm environment with the proximity of Nature and country life. The house is surrounded by fragments of forest. Wild animals, insects, spiders and toads can be found, even with periodic fumigations. During the rainy season, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle. I do transfers at no cost, to be agreed upon!

Equipped with 100Mb INTERNET. Perfect for direct contact with nature; waterfalls (one next to the house and another easily accessible by an interesting walk in the woods). Very close to the entrance of Pedra da Macela: 15 minutes by car, or a pleasant walk.

Easy asphalt access just 300 meters from the Cunha-Paraty road. Lots of privacy, ideal for relaxing in the midst of nature with comfort and security. The property is very large with plenty of lawn, flowers, trees and birds. Wi-Fi internet. There is no 4G signal.

Located in Aldeia Rizoma (@aldeiarizoma), within a 200,000 m² condominium shared with only 6 houses, it offers complete security, an exclusive gym, a riverside sauna (separate fee), trails, and a SPA, just 20 minutes from Paraty’s historic center.

We are on the north coast of Paraty, a 15-minute drive from the most beautiful beaches in the region. For nature lovers, the waterfall passes through the backyard of the house. We are a short distance from downtown. It's perfect for getting away from stress. But you can get to downtown Paraty in 20 minutes by car. Chalé Paineira, Bangu Neighborhood, 18 km from the city.

Chalé Paineira is a cozy place for those who want peace and quiet combined with a house that we also rent, the chalet has some books, TV and wifi, but it is not recommended for YouTube, Netflix and other video sites. Outside, there are hammocks and benches to relax. The place also has seasonal fruits (e.g. blackberry, peach, guava...). The surrounding nature is beautiful to admire.
