Apartment vacation rentals in Parassinikadavu

We were 7 people and got the entire apartment for us with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We had an excellent stay. Apartment is huge (2 floors) with lots of space and had several balconies. All bedrooms had acs. Place is near to Kannur town and lots of attractions such as fort and beaches. Amenities provided included refrigerator, kitchen utensils, kettle, tea bags/coffee, body wash etc. It was in the 10th floor and the view was excellent. Swiggy/zomato delivery is available.

We stayed here for two nights with my wife and kids and it just felt like our home. Aptly located within the town , yet securely private. The place is ideal for 5 adults. Neat and clean and has all the listed amenities. Sudeep as well as his caretakers gave us very warm and welcoming hospitality. During our future trips to Kannur/ kasargode we don’t have to look for another option.

I recently stayed at this beautiful house and I couldn't be happier with my choice. It had all the amenities you could possibly need, making my stay incredibly enjoyable. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, everything was neat, clean and thoughtfully designed. The location was also fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions. And parking was convenient ,I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

An Absolutely Fantastic Stay! Our recent stay at this apartment was truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained everything was. It's clear the hosts put a lot of care into making sure their guests feel comfortable and welcome. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, offering everything I could possibly need for a relaxing and convenient trip. Overall, this was hands down one of the best apartment stays I've ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient home away from home.

Stay is right infront of the beach, we could easily spend time in private beach where nobody will disturb you. Apartment was also clean but mosquitoes is a nightmare during nights. Host will provide mosquitoes coil and everything. Host family was very proactive and was checking on us all the time. They were flexible enough to shift to another apartment if we want. Overall first experience with airbnb was worth the experience and money. Thank you Niyas and family.
