Lovely property in the suburbs of Colombo! Perfect for a small group of friends and family of 4-5 people. Extremely spacious rooms with well thought out furniture and fittings and to top it all off a large patio to unwind and chill.

The property is conveniently located just few steps from Nawala Road. Lots of dining options around . The decent size air conditioned bed room and two toilets , can park a car . Kitchen is fully equipped. Large roof top space suitable for bbq or party. Over all good place .

Ms. Udeni was very helpful when we stayed and her place was very peaceful, had wonderful surroundings and is very clutter free and clean.

We felt right at home from check in until departure. Shanika place is immaculate, an haven to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. Spotless clean, high speed internet, hot water, and well equipped kitchen. Shanika is very detailed and provided all the information I needed for my arrival. It was a seamless process. Warmest welcome from Chaminda and Velu. They were so accommodating, we didn’t feel like guests more like family at home. Had the pleasure of meeting her mum and a lovely treat on Sunday morning. Experienced coconut plucking and drank fresh coconut juice for breakfast. Was an epic experience waking up birds chirping and enjoying a cup of coffee in the stunning garden. I highly recommend Shanika place. Thank you so much for making our stay pleasant, comfortable and so memorable.

We made Araliya our home base for the month of February, coming and going depending on our itinerary. We loved our stay at the house, which is located in a quiet residential area but close enough to the bustle of Colombo. The rooms/bathrooms were spacious and clean, the living room area was airy and comfortable, and the pool was nice. Being able to use the clothes washer was great as we had a little one. The hosts were courteous and responsive to questions we had about the house/stay. What made this home absolutely exceptional is Lalith the caretaker. He cooked delicious meals, prepared tea/coffee, made sure that the essentials (water, etc.) were supplied, helped with organizing taxis if needed, and was considerate to my family when they visited the house. We truly appreciated his care and will miss his homemade crab curry! We highly recommend this place.

I had such a lovely and peaceful stay at Channa’s place. When passing through Colombo, it is the perfect space to take a few days of rest when traveling around busy Sri Lanka for a longer time. I will be back!

Very comfortable. Noise from construction in the area. A problem during the day not at night. Barking dog in the neighbourhood. Seemed to stop late at night. High vehicular traffic.

I was in Colombo for work, followed by a vacation with my family. Romesh's place was perfect for my 2 weeks of work in Colombo. The apartment is centrally located close to several restaurants. Romesh and Janak were very responsive throughout my stay. Check in was very easy and Janak welcomed me and oriented me to the place. The apartment is very well maintained with AC in all the rooms, and a good WIFI connection. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and all the implements for cooking and eating. The location is secure and I had no concerns about safety or security. Hotel Janki is close to the apartment and I had several meals there and use of the swimming pool for a small fee. When I am in Sri Lanka, I normally stay in my own house, which is currently rented out. Romesh's place was as good as staying at my own house. Thank you.

This place was spotless and perfect for an over night stay! The ice cream shop below made our daughter super happy. It was pleasant and great for the price! Although there’s a kitchen, there’s no pot for rice or noodles to boil and the spatula melted to the skillet when we tried to make eggs. Otherwise, it was fabulous!

A fantabulous stay that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and quality. Will definitely be returning. The fully-equipped open kitchen is a culinary dream – every appliance and utility you could imagine was right at your fingertips The overall cleanliness and organization were simply top-notch. As a bonus, the gym access was a major plus : the equipment was well-maintained. An Absolute Gem.

Staying at this apartment felt like a true home away from home. Moving out of our childhood house was a big transition, but this space made it easier. It was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen was well-equipped with charming dishes, making even simple meals enjoyable. Both bedrooms had lovely balconies with breathtaking views, perfect for travellers. One of the most special sights was a serene Buddha statue on a nearby rooftop, glowing beautifully at night. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, helping us extend our stay when needed. On checkout day, an emergency came up, and he graciously allowed us a late checkout. His hospitality truly made a difference. Whether you're visiting for a short stay or need a comfortable transition space like us, this apartment is an excellent choice. Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

This is a wonderful apartment in Mount Lavinia. It has everything you need. Security staff are on hand 24 hours. Lovely views and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Susan is a wonderful host and i will definitely stay here when next in Sri Lanka.

Nidaal’s place is in the center of Colombo, it was easy to reach everything we wanted to see by short Tuk Tuk rides! The place is very up high and you have great view over the city. The check is process is a bit complicated, but Nidaal explained everything well! The beds are comfortable, the air condition works perfectly! Nidaal is a very communicative host, she answers quickly and has a lot of tips!

Such a wonderful stay for our family, as we all enjoyed ourselves using the amenities of the residences. This is very much a family friendly residence, with a playground and a pool (not just 1 pool, but 3 pools - one was a leisure pool, the other was a pool for toddlers which is shallow and the other was a lap pool). There was also a gym, but we didn’t get time to use this. Great location as it is walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a minimart within the building which was really handy, as we literally went down everyday to get something, whether it be drinks, sweets or snacks for the kids. Everything was as listed and the host is extremely helpful and responsive! Would highly recommend and if we come back to Colombo, this will be the place to stay with kids. Thank you so much :)

Modern and spotless apartment with great air conditioning. Pool and gym were excellent. Would definitely recommend, particularly as Uthay was flexible with the check in and also gave us a late check out.
