The flat was even better than how it was described in the description, situated in a location that is central in Colombo, having easy access to shops and some great restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and entertain guests to meals. Zulfica was very responsive, before, during and even after our stay. Was vert helpful and kind, making our stay both enjoyable and memorable. We felt safe and looked after. The hosts went well beyond our expectations, when it came to hospitality, showing an excellent example of Sri Lankan hospitality. We will stay with them again when we visit Sri Lanka. Shayani and her husband are a very friendly couple. We had a warm welcome and always very responsive to anything we needed or wanted to know. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Basic essentials were provided. The location of the apartment to supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Lovely views from the apartment and the swimming pool. Spent almost a month at this Airbnb,. Amazing place, the beach is just a few meters away and my family loved it. The apartment is well maintained and easily accessible. Very safe for families to stay. We just loved every minute of our stay. The host was very accomodative and responsive. I had an issue with the ACs, was fixed in almost no time. I was in Colombo for work, followed by a vacation with my family. Romesh's place was perfect for my 2 weeks of work in Colombo. The apartment is centrally located close to several restaurants. Romesh and Janak were very responsive throughout my stay. Check in was very easy and Janak welcomed me and oriented me to the place. The apartment is very well maintained with AC in all the rooms, and a good WIFI connection. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and all the implements for cooking and eating. The location is secure and I had no concerns about safety or security. Hotel Janki is close to the apartment and I had several meals there and use of the swimming pool for a small fee. When I am in Sri Lanka, I normally stay in my own house, which is currently rented out. Romesh's place was as good as staying at my own house. Thank you.

This apartment is a fantastic option in the heart of Colombo. It's a new apartment inside a luxury building and has all the amenities you can think of. It's also walkable to most places. There's restaurants, supermarkets and malls a short walk away. The caretaker, Indu was very helpful. I will be booking this place again when I come to Colombo.

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. Udara is an exceptionally friendly, hospitable and thoughtful host. The main benefit of her well appointed home with all amenities, is the sheer size and space. There's three floors with a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor, a giant Samsung smart TV in the upstairs lounge which was very relaxing to watch when we needed to unwind. Ideally suited for a family on holiday, this three storey house is conveniently located in a safe suburban neighbourhood in Thalawathugoda, walking distance to supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. Udara's dad lives nearby and greeted us upon arrival and he is available for any assistance if needed. I highly recommend Udara's house as a peaceful retreat for those in need of a restful family vacation, whilst staying conveniently in Colombo. Thank you Udara for your kind hospitality, we truly appreciate it!

We booked Andy’s property for a colleague visiting from overseas, and she had a wonderful stay. The home was safe, comfortable, and she absolutely loved it. Andy was incredibly helpful and responsive to anything we needed, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

This was our second stay at Mayurie’s place, and it truly feels like a second home for our family. The communication was friendly, and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you're visiting SriLanka for a holiday. It also offers easy access to High-Level Road and plenty of nearby restaurants.

The host's are amazing, super friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean, with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for preparing meals, and there is a large TV to relax and enjoy a movie. Excellent supermarket at the end of the street, along with regular buses in all directions. It's quite, the wifi is fast, and the aircon works great when you need it.

Ajith is a superb host who was always available when needed. He was extremely helpful and even took us to a local bakery and bought us breakfast after we arrived early in the morning directly from the airport. Since we were traveling with three kids, we needed an ideal location close to restaurants and tourist attractions while also ensuring safety. This place offered everything we needed for our family.

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

I recently stayed at Chathura Place Borella Apartment, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the super friendly host, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself feels just like a home away from home. It’s well-equipped with all the basic cooking utensils and appliances you might need, allowing you to prepare your own meals comfortably. The kitchen setup is great for anyone looking to cook rather than eat out. One of the most convenient features is the Food City located right under the apartment, making it incredibly easy to get any basic necessities without going far. The space is clean, well-maintained, and offers a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

Amazing stay! Restaurants and location nearby from all places you’d wanna travel. Very spacious rooms and kitchen. Wifi kept conking off but guess that was due to the weather. there was no AC but a cooler unit kept in one of the rooms. Was our miss we didn’t catch this earlier but overall quite good stay and Shiffan was super helpful about everything and responsive as well! Cheers.

Was very pleased with finding this apartment as it was in a very convenient location making it easy to go to all the places we needed. The apartment is exactly like the pictures- the ideal size for a small family. Loved how elegantly it was furnished as well, and included all the amenities we required. It’s also fairly spacious for a one bedroom apartment which made it easy to keep our toddler. Eresha is a lovely host, very responsive to all my inquiries and very understanding to our needs. The security is also also very helpful and friendly, which made checking in a smooth process. Highly recommend this place and will definitely book again!

Excellent place for a couple or a family of three. It is an independent unit. A huge bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, the single room has excellent air conditioning. It's neat and clean. It is well situated near a number of restaurants, such as Nelum Kole, which is only a few meters away. Everyone, even cab and tuk tuk drivers, is familiar with the well-known Sri Lankan restaurant Nelum Kole. Many supermarkets, vegetable stores, hair salons, and laundry facilities are within walking distance, including the closest large town , Maharagama. During our visit, Sarath's brother in low Gamini and his family next door, as well as his sister downstairs, were an assistance. There were a few necessities when we got there like milk, tea and sugar. Over the last five years, we have stayed in various apartments in Sri Lanka, and this was the nicest one.
