The road and path leading to the house are paved and in perfect condition. The city of Palma is just a 20-minute drive away, and the vast, unspoiled, and idyllic Es Trenc beach is only 15 minutes away, offering stunning views of the Cabrera Archipelago Nature Reserve. Enjoy a The Sub or classic beer tap with a wide selection of brands. There's a fantastic built-in outdoor barbecue, a chill-out area, and a picnic area with a relaxation zone at the rear of the property. Since the entire house is on one level, it's especially suitable for people with disabilities. For guests' use, and completely free of charge, the house always provides all kinds of cleaning products: hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper, and kitchen roll. Mosquito repellents and additional fans in each room are also provided. Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
