Come enjoy and relax in my cozy duplex penthouse overlooking Vielha and its spectacular mountains. It is located 8 minutes from Vielha on foot and 2 minutes by car. The penthouse does not have parking, although it is easy to park for free in the surrounding area. The apartment is very bright, has two bedrooms with a full bathroom each, an equipped kitchen, a dining room with a sofa bed and a wood-burning fireplace. It is a very quiet area, as the house only consists of two floors. It has Wi-Fi.

Beautiful barn in a valley & river

The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

L'Era de Toni (HUT3-008025) is a 55 m2 detached house built in 2020 with a 10 m2 terrace, located in the middle of an idyllic natural environment, on the banks of the North Valira River and the emblematic iron route that will make your stay a perfect experience to relax and disconnect. However, its location is ideal for cycling, hiking, golf and especially skiing, Arcalís is only 15 min away, the Pal gondola is 5 min away and the Funicamp (Granvalira) is 15 min away.

Enjoy the small cottage "Escola de Pallerols" with your partner or family. The house is an old school surrounded by natural scenery and signposted trails with unbeatable views. You can also enjoy good times by the fireplace in the cold season (we leave the firewood for you) The house can accommodate up to 4 guests. The Borda de Costuix is located in the middle of the mountain, 4 km from Àreu, and at an altitude of 1723 meters. The cabin offers spectacular views of emblematic peaks such as Pica d'Estats or Monteixo. We live in a society where complexity has become a part of our lives. Accommodation located at 1870m. Tranquility, silence and disconnection. Access by the company with 4x4, buggy or snowmobile. Not suitable for people with low physical fitness. Access to the house is by snowshoe in winter and on foot in summer. The descent is about 10 minutes and the ascent about 25 minutes also on foot with a difference in level of 150 meters. The access to the house is not simple.
